Claire walked out of the mobile and closed the door of her car and put her seatbelt on before staring the engine. Gary stormed towards her car, opening the passenger door and getting inside. Andrea was in shock. "Stop at the store," Gary was clearly angry getting out of the car storming iside and buying a package of cigarettes then back in the car before Claire knew what was taking place he had the filter torn off and was inhaling. "Drive."

"Hey!" Claire scolded "you can't smoke in my car!"

"Sorry," Gary appologised "I will buy you a new one. Let's go home." Claire shuttered seeing Gary this peturbed was something she'd never witnessed before. "Claire," the tears began to well in his eyes "how could she do this to me?" Gary choked up "we're not going back to the farm." Gary sobbed "At least not yet."

"Where in Hell do you want to go then?" Claire demanded an answer.

Gary was staring out the window "crazy and you're coming, thanks." Gary inhaled deeply on his smoke.

Claire giggled "I'm sorry, I know whatever happened must have really been devastating." Claire explained "though, I couldn't think of a person other than you I'd rather go crazy with." Claire did her best to comfort Gary.

"I don't fuck around," Gary stated "I expect the same! Even the thought" Gary trailed off. "God dammit!" Gary finished his smoke "I just need some time." Gary gave the directions to Axe music and Claire took him there "I'll be right back." Claire waited in the parking lot while Gary entered the store, returning a few minutes later with an Ovation guitar inside of a guitar case and put it in the back seat. Gary went around the car and got into the passenger seat and buckled in.

"What's going on Gary?" Claire asked and drove out of the parking lot.

"We're going on," Gary answered "to where I am not entirely sure." Gary sobbed "let's go" In tears Gary trailed off again balling his eyes out. "What do you want?" Gary asked Claire.

"I want you to get your head out of your ass and just stop for a moment to breathe and maybe smell the coffee" Claire suggested.

Gary burst out crying again remembering "the stench of betrayal. Go, drive, we'll find a place here in Edmonton. First Let's go for something to eat." At Humpty's  Gary was able to find a three bedroom house for rent in the newspaper, called and rented it. "We have a three bedroom house, the landlord will be stopping here to introduce himself and take us to show us the property, though I already secured it, I only need make the payment." Gary explained to Claire "then we'll go buy our furnishings after we see the place."

"So what is going to happen now?" Claire stuffed a forkful of salad in her mouth "I mean with you and Andrea and the children, the farm and your assets?" Claire asked.

"I really couldn't tell you at this point, Claire," Gary cupped his hand over his forehead, resting his elbow on the table "I hoped this day would never come." Gary said "all I can think of right now is getting a couple beds and a crib or two in our place." Gary explained "as far as Andrea, the children and I go, shared custody, I suppose. I don't rightfully know at this point, it could have just been the conscious thought I picked up on but even that is as bad as the deed in my books and is treated as such in my veiw. You are still only my housekeeper" Gary explained before going outside for another cigarette.
