Andrea fininshed feeding Angareas and washed her bottle while Gary took advantage of the shower and toilet and then it was her turn in the bathroom. Gary got dressed into some fresh attire before dressing and playing with his daughter until Andrea got out of the shower and all dressed up to go out.
The family pilled into the car and made their way to Winter's for brunch. Andrea couldn't help but notice the mobile home park to the back of the strip mall. "What do you think about getting a mobile home in that mobile home park over there? It is close enough to the city here and we could only make the short commute when needed."
"That sounds good to me," Gary responded "let's eat and then we'll take a walk over to the office there to see what is available." The family entered the establishment and took their seats at an empty table, the establishment went quiet and all eyes were fixed on Gary. "What, am I wearing something of yours?" Gary asked flustered. "Turn around and get back to your meals!" Gary demanded.
"I thought I recognized that voice" The old gal waiting tables said "Dan always said you'd return, unfortunately he died a few years ago in a head on collision." The waitress shook her head to escape from the thought. Putting a single menu down for Andrea and filling the coffee cups "I know you just want poutine." Janet left to refill the other patrons coffee and take the coffee pot back to the kitchen before coming back to take Andrea's order.
Andrea looked at the menu and decided on her order "It has to have been at least thirty years since you were last here," Andrea took a sip of her coffee "you reallly do leave a lasting impression," smiling at her thoughts "I hope it's a good one."
"I am unsure," Gary said taking a sip of his coffee "I remember dealings with some pretty shady characters as far as I can remember in this province." The waitress arrived and took Andrea's order and refilled thier cups after Gary swallowed back the remnants of his coffee "on the same token it was not by choice." Gary took a drink of his freshly poured coffee "I was born into it." Gary said "I'll be right back," pushing himself from the table "I'm going out for a smoke."
Andrea was eating her omlet when Gary returned and sat to enjoy his poutine. Andrea looked up from her meal, "You smell like a cigarette" she went back to eating. So too did Gary, he ate his artery clogging meal of kings.
The two of them finished their meal before heading out to the main office of the mobile home park after paying for they're meals. There were six mobile homes to choose from. The first, although the least expensive was in need of many upgrades and renovations and sat between two neighbors. The second two mobile homes being set between two neighbors also were suitable, except for the fact that they were between two neighbors and in need of minor repairs. The last three mobile homes shown were the most expensive on the lot but lined up at the very edge of the park and were brand new and never lived in. Gary's choice was made. He purchased all three in the line up, two as rental or hobby properties.
He and his family claimed the three bedroom mobile at the end of the line up before going shopping to furnish the three mobile homes. After spending another $197, 567.53 all three mobile homes were furnished and ready to move into by the end of the day. Gary had also bought duplicates of every musical instrument and another P.A. system like they had left behind at their other home, fully sound proofing one of the bedrooms in the house, in order to contain this noise from the rest of the home.
Andrea only shook her head in disbelief after all this, "that was like a $750,000.00 day." Shaking her head from side to side "I'm exhausted," falling backwards onto thier Queen sized bed "come lay with me hubby. Let's cuddle." Gary being quite exhausted by the days events gladly complied. Angareas had her own room, although she was left to play in the living room. Andrea woke a few hours later to use the bathroom and change her daughter's diaper and putting her to bed in her brand new crib before going to the kitchen and brewing a pot of coffee.
Sitting in silence, the atmosphere in the room had a calm almost uneasy eeriness to it. After sitting silent with her thoughts and three cups of coffee Andrea opened her brand new notebook and began to type. The verses were forming in her mind as fast as she could type the songs were numbered in the hundreds by the time Gary came from the bathroom a few hours later, wrapping his arms around his wife and making her bounce from her seat suprised. "Wow, hubby you startled me," after kissing "you know it would be a good idea to possibly make a sound to announce your presence known. Jesus. Anyway I've been awake for hours writing new songs for us." Andrea explained while the color returned to her face.
"Ha ha" Gary chuckled. "There are two things I don't care for and really irratate me." Gary explained "one is being refered to as Jesus and the other the stupid online abbreviation lol. I only had to add the the second because it has helped to make today's society extremely dumbed down without them knowing who they're paying homage to." Gary poured himself a cup of coffee and sat at the kitchen table. "Can I see what you have written so far?" Andrea turned the notebook to face him. "Wow, you been busy babe" Gary noticed the word counter at 99945 words before he started reading and drinking his morning coffee. The musical notes streamed through his mind as he read. "Yeah you got something real here baby."
Gary poured himself another coffee and set it on the coaster on the table before going to check on his daughter, Andrea joined him. Watching her sleep soundly "she's beautiful" Gary's eyes filled with tears as he turned to his wife "I can't thank you enough for coming into my life and she is testament to that." The couple hugged eachother in a loving and everlasting warm embrace. "It is such an honor to have and to hold you for the rest of my days, my beloved."
"Believe me, my husband," Andrea kissed Gary on the neck "the honor is mine." Angareas sat up looking at her parents "look who is awake. Good morning my girl" Andrea took Angareas from her crib and changed her diaper before setting her down to explore her new home and play with her toys or watch the ceiling fan, the choice was hers. Meeting her husband back in the kitchen drinking his coffee and reading her writing "so what is on the agenda for today, my love?" Andrea asked Gary breaking his focus.
