Gary took a smoke from his now not so secret stash before putting his shoes on and going outside for another smoke before he was going to go back inside to practice playing guitar. Angareas crawled out from her play room to watch and listen to her mom and dad perform. Gary sat massaging some heat back into his hands as it was starting to get a bit chilly outside and stretching out his fingers, being his normal routine before playing guitar in his early days as not to have his hands cramp up on him.

Andrea followed suite massaging and stretching out her hands getting prepared for some to practice. Not missing a note, Gary played through the earlier six songs the couple had wrote together a year ago. Andrea was quite amazed by this while accompanying with her part, Angareas sat infront of them, captivated by the ceiling fan, swirling the chords and various notes, blending them all together in harmony. The music session the couple played three times over before Gary set his guitars in their stands and went outside for a smoke break. Andrea put on another pot of coffee after setting her guitar in it's stand and prepared another bottle for Angareas.

Before Gary came back inside from his cigarette break Andrea had Angareas' diaper changed and gave her another bottle. "That's the second time in as many days I have seen millitary aircraft fly over while out having a smoke" Gary explained while removing his outdoor clothing. "Am I seeing things" Gary asked Andrea who was now pouring two cups of coffee for the two of them "Or am I missing something."

Andrea served Gary, now sitting at the table waiting for an answer his coffee, "We're fighting of an alien takeover" Andrea smiled raising a glance at her husband taking her first sip of her coffee. "My dad used to tell me stories about the government planning some time of defense against these extra terrestrial beings."

Gary laughed "sure, the aliens are taking us over. Ha ha maybe they will finally show us something we don't know." Gary took another drink of his coffee "My father was in the service and made first contact with the little guys and the tall ones, four groups in total, warning that our neighbors to the south were dealing wiith the worst of the worst and would eventually bring doom to humanity." Gary got up and put a couple year old burritos from the freezer into the microwave.

"Are you sure those haven't reached their expiration date?" Andrea asked. Thinking she probally should have cleaned out the freezer sooner "I wouldn't want you getting sick from eating something that has gone bad."

"OH," Gary reassured "don't worry about that babe, these were most likey gone bad before I put them in there." Gary laughed at the thought "yeah about that, I guess our governments have also been poisoning us through our food supply also for many years now too" Gary shrugged removing the burritos from the microwave. "Or at least they had been thirty years ago anyway" Gary sat back in his seat at the table and bit into his burrito. "Is it the reversed engineered alien technology created by Senoir Monsanto and associates?" Gary laughed "who the hell knows anymore? It doesn't matter anymore. As far as I am concerned we're all the same shit." Gary explained "We all look the same coming out the other end."

Andrea laughed "Now there is some new material." Andrea explained "we have to put together eighteen songs over the next year, remember we just went through a years worth of a writing hiatus. We are to write twelve new songs per year remember?"

"I guess eh?" Gary started into his second burrito. "I mean that would open up a whole new universe of things to write about, wouldn't it?" Gary finished his second burrito and was again directed to the bathroom, only this time on his own direction. It seemed that breakfast had to make room for the burritos."
