Claire and Josh spent a week in that hotel while checking out all that Victoria had to offer. Josh could not help but believing that this was some sort of delusional alternate reality he'd been forced into but he was enjoying it nonetheless. It was Claire's turn to choose where they were to go and she chose the Niagara Falls as a destination. What could have been driven in under twenty hours was drawn out to the tune of two weeks with many camping destinations along the way, taking in the sights and photo opportunities. Upon arrival Josh and Claire were both happy for the facillities their motel suite offered, in need of a shower.

With his time freed up Gary would quite often find himself wandering into the forested areas of his properties and farmsteads. He'd purchasesad the surrounding seven and three quarter sections of land. In total the family owned six thousand, nine hundred and twenty acres. Knocking down trees with no more than the axe, clearing roads and future home sites, Gary kept his muscle mass motivated. With many of the horses now broke to ride, he could usually catch a ride home. Enjoying his time, playing guitar and singing most nights.

Gary was in the process of bucking out a newly gelded horse of three years age for his daughter when his wife with Angareas approached the correl outside of the barn. With a look of disgust and dissatifaction Andrea waited until the green broke gelding pranced over to where she and their daughter stood waiting slightly terrified. Holding Angareas by the hand Andrea told her husband "you are not as young as you used to be and you know I don't like you out here on your own"

Gary climbed of the horses bareback smiling at his wife and daughter "daddy wasn't alone mommy" Angareas explained  "he was with my horse." Andrea blushed and handed her daughter over the fence to her hubby who had continually reassured her everything would be alright. Holding the lead attached to the harness the horse wore Gary was passed his daughter over the fence by his cringing wife. Andrea did enjoy watching Gary lead the horse around the confines of the correl with Angareas on the horses back, though she couldn't help but worry.

Sylvia enjoyed every moment of her son's terrible two year that was soon coming to a close. Jackson would soon be three in another two months time. Often she wondered if she should have another child to keep him company at home when he was not in daycare. Jackson didn't seem to mind seeing as it was not all that different from daycare, he was still able to keep mostly to himself other than his mother pestering him from time to time. Once in a while he'd also have Ben and his sisters over to get on his nerves as well.

Jerome would spend his time picking from only the ripest trees and vines before putting the berries into barrels to ferment. On his mind, Jerome often wondered why all the wine and how it came to be bottled when he only would fill the barrels with berries and fruit, either way that was not his job description, though he did take sample bottles from time to time, becoming quite drunk on his own accord. Also enjoying getting Sherry and Anish quite polluted drunk, Anish was funny as all hell when all pissed up.

Sherry was most often cooking and delivering food and refreshments around the compound as well as out to those working outdoors, she definately got her exercise. Quite often in her downtime she'd be found serenading Anish and getting all pissed up to forget, though she never missed work, no matter how hungover.

Three days out of every month was set aside so that the residents could entertain themselves inside of the city of Edmonton. All were observed very closely and protected from afar and sworn to secrecy. If any were to say the wrong thing to someone there would be hell to pay. Steve was constantly planting English Thyme.

From the top of the Niagara falls Claire wondered what it would be like to jump. Josh snapped her thoughts back to present time, wrapping his arms around her. "Let's go back to our motel," Claire felt uncomfortable having such a thought return to consciousness, "I am not feeling right" Claire said "maybe tomorrow will be different."
