Everyone was silent that evening as sat at the dining table having a dinner which Erin had cooked. She was feeling much better and had wanted to help lighten everyone's spirits.
There wasn't any talking, except the occasional compliment of the cooking, or the rare hiccup.
The Count didn't seem as upset as everyone had expected, infact he was slightly glad that Ms McAuly hadn't had to live in misery.
Vlad was the first to break the silence, "Are you going to get a castle, dad?"
The Count played with his food, "Probably. I need somewhere grand, for a throne room and a nice place to put the blood mirror."
"We could stay with you, keep you company," Vlad offered. He assumed that Wolfie would live with The Count, and Renfield if they could find him. But they weren't exactly the best company.
"Vlad!" Erin said loudly.
"What?" Vlad asked.
Erin received a funny look from the count.
"I just mean. I thought we'd be getting our own place now!"
"You're getting seriously grumpy about the housing situation," he grinned, winding her up.
"I cooked you dinner!"
"Yeh, it's great. Could use some more sauce though."
"Vladimir!"
"I'm kidding, Erin," he laughed, "Calm down, geez."
She calmed herself down, "You are so annoying sometimes."
"Thankyou."
"Okay..." Ingrid stood up, "Lets not cause a riot around the table, "Blood, anyone?"
Ingrid was still feeling fragile, but the last thing she wanted to do was have to see a therapist again. She didnt need to yet, just as long as there were no other surprises.
"Hmm, I agree. Yes please," Will said, finishing his plate.
"I'll have some," Wolfie talked for the first time that night.
"Wolfie you're too young for blood!" Ingrid said, passing Will a cup, "Anyone else?"
Vlad and Erin had a cup, The Couny declined.
"I was thinking of getting a castle in France, they have excellent architecture there."
"Don't you dare mention France," Erin whined.
"Oh right, sorry. Forget I said that."
"How about you stay in the country?" Vlad said.
"You could rebuild Stokely," Ingrid suggested.
"No chance, I'd be driven out for I could move in," The Count replied.
"Erin, is there a computer in this house?" Will asked.
Wolfie answered for her, "Oh yes! I was playing on it before, it's in the study!"
"Well just search for a castle on there, then."
"Shall do!" The Count sped off, then came back, "Umm, Vlad my boy, would you mind helping me?"
Vlad laughed and went with his dad.
Will stood up and held out his hand for Ingrid, "Join me for an evening walk?"
"Of course!" She replied.
Erin got up too, "I'll just clean this up all by myself them."
"I'll help!" Ingrid heard Wolfie say as she and Will sped out the door.
He turned into a bat. She did the same, asking telepathically, "Where are you going"
"Follow me and you'll see!" Was his reply.
They flew higher up into the sky, and stopped on the top of Big Ben.
Ingrid changed back and sat on the roof, "Don't slip off," she warned.
"Wouldn't dream of it!" He gripped onto her.
"Hey! If you pull me down, I'll...!" She shrieked as he did. They slid from the top section of the roof like a slide.
Luckily they stopped on the lower, flat section.
"See?" Will laughed, "Wasn't that fun?!"
She couldn't help but laugh along, even though she'd just been scared out of her skin.
She could see quite a bit of the city below, it was beautiful.
Suddenly the clock struck eleven. The tower shook slightly as the loud strikes rung in their ears.
Will could sense she was a bit nervous, "Sorry?"
When the ringing stopped, Ingrid said "It's a nice view, but this is freaking me out."
"Say we go to our cottage?" He suggested.
"It's a date," She said and sped off.
They crashed on the couch and Ingrid poured more blood. A Positive, the most delicious blood type.

"Thanks, Wolfie," Erin said as they put away the dishes. She ruffled his hair.
"No problem, can I play with Artur?"
"Sure, but only if he's awake. I'll come with you," she and Wolfie walked up the stairs into her bedroom and pulled Artur out the crib, putting him on the floor with Wolfie.
Malik had already created a large amount of toys next to the crib, so they had a large variety to choose from.
Artur was being a cutie and playing with Wolfie's little finger.
Then he bit it.
"Ouch!" Wolfie shouted, and examined the bite. He then looked at Artur's grinning face.
"Don't worry, he's just teething," Erin said, putting a bandaid on the sore.
"Yeh, but he doesn't have baby teeth, he has baby fangs," Wolfie said, pointing at Artur's mouth.
Erin saw the two, sharp baby fangs. That certainly wasn't normal.
"Vlad!"
