Vlad used his powers to throw back the broken plates.

Erin rushed down to Artur and picked him up, cradling him in her arms.

His small body was badly cut, his eyes were closed, Erin fell on her knees, hugging him, crying.

Vlad sped to her side and wrapped his arms around her, he couldn't believe that he'd just gotten Erin back, and a son, and know this had happened. Artur couldn't be dead, he wouldn't accept it.

"He's not breathing," Erin cried.

"He'll be fine, we will fix him," Vlad reassured himself, his eyes beginning to water, "Dad..." Vlad made a desperate call to her father.

The Count sped in, when he saw what had happened he stood, frozen.

"What do we do?" Vlad asked, now also crying. There had to be a way.

"Is he breathing?" The Count asked.

"No!" Erin screamed, what a stupid question! Her son was dead.

But the Count didn't seem as sad, "Open his mouth."

Erin shook her head.

"Just do it!" The Count screamed.

Vlad unwrapped his arms and opened Artur's tiny mouth.

Fangs.

Artur was in vampire form.

The Count nodded, "No wonder he isn't breathing."

"He might still be alive!" Vlad pulled Erin up off the ground, she wouldn't let go of Artur.

Erin was delighted that there was still hope, but he couldn't stop crying, Artur was still in a terrible state.

"Vladdy, you're the Chosen One," Count Dracula urged, "Will his cuts to heal.

"How-" Vlad lowered his head and shut his eyes. He whispered to himself, "Heal Artur, we need you here, well, alive, get better."

"What are you doing?" Erin looked at him.

Vlad raised his head, quickly glancing at Erin then turning back to face Artur, "I order you to heal!!" He shouted fiercely.

Artur began to cry in his mother's arms, his cuts slowly disappeared, the blood soaking up.

"Artur!" Erin shouted happily, she had him back. She sat down in a chair, doing her best to rock him to sleep.

"Thankyou, dad," Vlad smiled, he went and sat with Erin.

"Woof!" Wolfie barked as he ran inside with Ingrid and Will following.

"What happened!" Ingrid asked, worried, "Wolfie said something was wrong."

"It's alright now. Good boy Wolfie," The Count said, patting the young werewolf on the head.

Ingrid saw the broken plates in a corner of the room, "How did that happen?"

"Long story, lets just say Artur is developing powers earlier than expected," her father explained.

"Oh..." Ingrid was very surprised.

Will picked up his painting sketch, "Guess it's not the right time to start this."

"Shut up!" Ingrid said.

"Sorry..."

The Count checked the clock and began shutting curtains, "Almost day."

"Great," Ingrid said sarcastically.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door.
