Artur spat his water in Erin's face. She used her sleeve to wipe it off and quickly got her son a cup of blood. It was a normal routine now.

"Blood," Artur said and drank it. He was beginning to say the simple words like mum, dad, blood, fangs, vampire, bat... well anything normal for a vampire baby.

"Good boy," Erin took the glass from him before he went mad with blood lust. Yes, her baby had blood lust.

"No!" He shouted, that was another word he could say.

"Yes!" She sped away for a moment, putting the glass in a cupboard.

It was the day after the wedding, Ingrid and Will were on their honeymoon. Well, it was the East Wing converted into a luxury hotel area.

All Count Dracula's party guests were staying for a few days and another group of guests had arrived to join in the celebration, they weren't turned away.

Wolfie was playing Chess with his uncle, infront of his parents. He wanted to annoy them as much as he could. The Count was all for this idea.

Vlad read The Vampire Times. Groups of vampires were stirring, joining forces and invading other clans. They were fighting amongst themselves. Vlad was relieved that his family hadn't been targeted yet, but he didn't doubt that it would happen.

"Vlad..." Robin read over his mate's shoulder, "Are you going to fight them?"

"Robin," He closed the paper, "I can feel you breathing on my face."

"Sorry," he moved away, "If you bit me, I wouldn't breathe at all."

"If I bit you, you'd have a life in eternal darkness."

"I don't mind..." Robin put down his collar, "Go on..."

"No Robin," Vlad shoved the paper in Robin's arms and sped off to find Erin.

"What are you doing?" He asked when he found her. She was sitting at a window watching some vampires in the courtyard.

"Spying..." That's all she said. Vlad figured she was some how using her powers to listen in on the conversation the vampires were having.

He joined her at the window, "Who are they?"

"Ones that came earlier," She replied, "I don't like what they're saying."

"What are they saying?" Vlad looked concerned.

They stopped talking when Magda sped and joined the group in the courtyard. She said something which neither of them could pick up, one vampire nodded, then the whole group sped away.

"What's she playing at?" Erin asked, confused.

"I don't know, but it can't be good," Vlad went away from the window and sat on a couch.

"Can you make it a rule that she can't talk to anyone?" She joined him on the couch.

Vlad shook his head, "She hasn't exactly been following my other rules."

"Then why haven't you kicked her out!?"

"I can't, she's my mum."

"Vlad..." Erin folded her arms, "Pretend she stakes your dad. Would you let her go just because she's your mum?"

"No, but that's different."

"I don't see how."

"Just don't worry about it, ok?"

"Okay," She hugged him.

"Wolfie!" Count Dracula clapped his hands, "That is check mate!"

Wolfie sighed, "You win..."

"Haha!" The Count was very pleased with himself.

Patrick grunted. Then Magda came back and whispered something to him, he grinned.

"What did you say, mum?" Wolfie asked, curious to what his parents were discussing.

"Nothing, mutt. You'll find out soon enough, anyway," Magda smirked.

"What are you planning this time?" The Count rose.

"And here it comes, three, two... one..." Magda whistled when she got to zero.

All the party goers who had arrived earlier sped into the room, they held garlic juice sprayers and fangcuffs.

"What-" The Count began saying but before he could finish the sentence he was fangcuffed to his chair.

"Hey!" Wolfie shouted. Patrick grabbed his son and held a napkin to his mouth. It had something on it because Wolife fainted and fell to the ground.

Robin looked up from his paper, a vampire was about to hurt him but Magda raised her hand and he stopped.

"Robin..." She said sweetly, "Darling, come here..."

"Yes Magda," His face looked dazed as she hypnotised him. He walked towards Magda and stopped about a metre away from her.

"Go tell Vladimir and that rubbish girl of his to come here."

"Yes Magda," Robin walked up the stairs.

All the while Ingrid and Will were oblivious to what was happening. They were drinking blood at a table when the door clicked, the lock turning.

"What was that..." She got up and walked towards the door. She turned the handle, it wouldn't turn. The door was locked.

Will raised his eyebrows and sped into the wall, expecting the go right through.

"Ouch!" He fell to the ground, skin slightly red.

"Are you okay?!" Ingrid helped him up.

"Yeah... the walls have garlic juice on the outside."

"What? Why would they put garlic juice on the walls?"

"And lock the doors?" He answered, "They don't want us getting out. Something's happening out there."

Vlad and Erin got to the top of the stairs, Robin walking like a zombie behind them.

Magda clicked her fingers and a UV cage appeared around Vlad and Erin. It was just like the trap Vlad had made for his tutors.

"Mum!" Vlad roared with his Chosen One voice.

"Sorry, darlings, but you really would be worth more to me as dust."

"You forget how powerful we are..." Vlad took Erin's hands and they both shut their eyes, a silent plan forming. Their faces screwed up slightly while they focused hard, then the UV cage exploded into nothing. They were free to move.

Magda and Patrick's faces showed fear for a moment.

"You've gone too far," Vlad began, "Leave now, or I dust you both," Vlad clicked his fingers and the fangcuffs on The Count fell to the ground.

"Ha! Not so clever now, are we you two timing, ugly... bat breathed wannabe!" Count Dracula laughed.

"Bun buns..." Magda picked up her dress and took Patrick's arm, they sped away.

"Good, they're sorted," Vlad smiled at Erin.

But it wasn't over yet, groups of vampires were forming all around the room, fangs bared, stakes and weapons in their hands.
