"Why'd you have to come early this year?" I groaned as I handed my sister the rather large paper bag filled to the brim with present wrapping supplies.

My family decided to, instead of coming on the twenty sixth like we've done for the pat twenty eight years and celebrate it on the twenty seventh, come early on Christmas Eve but still celebrate on the twenty seventh. They just want to have more time with everyone, and I understand it. I just wanted a warning before having to wake up at nine in the morning and rush around my dorm room for present wrapping supplies so my siblings could finish wrapping some presents. Of course, though, it was meant for a surprise. I can't be annoyed by that. I can be annoyed by the fact that Luke is with me because he doesn't have his own damn car and I have to take him to work because his damn friend took his car back so Luke can't use it. Hopefully my family won't notice the tall blond sitting in my car as I talk to them at the front door of my Aunt Brenda's place.

Skylar took the paper bag filled with supplies to wrap and bag presents form me and smiled. "Because we love our baby sister."

I stuffed my hands in the pocket of my hoodie and said, "Well, your little sister would've liked a warning."

"Aunt Faith!" A kid's screamed and before I knew it a four year old was attaching himself to my legs and waist.

I stumbled a bit but retracted my hands from the hoodie pocket and picked him up with a grunt. "How's my favorite nephew?" I grinned.

Peter grinned back and wrapped his arms around my neck as I steadied him better in my arms. "Amazing! Mommy's back in Alabama with Nanny and Gramps with the baby, but Daddy came here with me! And my tooth came out! See!" He opened his mouth and pointed inside it. There was a missing tooth two teeth over from the left front tooth on the top.

"That's great!" I told him. "Did it hurt?"

"No. Daddy tied a string to it and the to the door knob and slammed the door and it came out-."

"It's snowing!" Screeched another kid, a girl this time who was soon racing out of the door and into the snow.

"I wanna play in the snow!" Peter whined, starting to try and get out of my arms.

I quickly set him down and Skylar said, "Go ask your dad if you can."

He nodded quickly before running off into the house yelling, "Daddy!"

"I'll go watch Bella," I told Skylar, and she nodded. As I walked off, she closed the front door and I looked around to find my little niece, only to see her leaning through the passenger window of my car. I mumbled a quiet 'shit' before quickly making my way over there; I placed a hand on her shoulder and pulled gently on it with a small smile. "Are you invading people's personal space again?" I asked her in a teasing tone.

She stood flat on her feet and turned her head to look of at me, which wasn't much at all since she came up to my chin. "He's by himself," she stated.

"Thank you, Captain Obvious," I laughed and looked at Luke who seemed a bit awkward just sitting in the car.

Bella sent me a frown and crossed her arms, but she didn't get the chance to say anything as Peter came running up to us and yelling like Tarzan. Before I could even turn around and brace myself for the impact, the four year old was skidding to a stop and then running into my leg and part of my car. I grabbed one of his arms to keep him from falling, looking back at Luke again. He was holding back laughter because of Peter and I couldn't help but smile back at him. Sadly, Peter noticed me looking into my car and put his hands where the window should be and stood on his top toes to look inside it better.
