Pietra's P.O.V
"Di Angelo, chill, it's just an aeroplane." I shoved the tickets into my backpack and sat down on the plastic chair next to Nico's.
"Just an aeroplane?" He shouted, throwing his hands up in exasperation. His voice echoed through the quiet waiting section and many heads were turned at the sudden outburst. I glared at Nico and he slumped down in his chair. "Just an aeroplane?" He shout whispered. "We are trespassing onto Zeus' territory! We are literally signing our death warrant!" He whispered, dropping his head into his hands.

I rolled my eyes as he glared at me from in between his fingers. "Keep rolling your eyes, maybe you'll find a brain back there." He narrowed his eyes at me, then turned his scowl to my backpack, which was sitting on my feet, as if trying to shoot lasers out of his eyes and destroy the plane tickets that I had tucked in it. "Hey!" I crossed my arms over my chest. "Okay, Di Angelo, if you're so smart, what do you propose we should do?" I furrowed my eyebrows at him, dropping back into the extremely (and I mean extremely) uncomfortable chair.

"Well, we could, umm..." I raised an eyebrow at him. "Ehh, I don't know!"
"See! You're just gonna have to suck it up." I retorted, my eyes flickering over to his.
He glanced up hopelessly at me, while his shaking hands gripped the sides of his chair. "He'll kill me." Nico said quietly, his eyes wide with fear. I had never seen him like this before, and my voice automatically softened. "Nico, we'll be fine. He told us to fly over to Greenland, and he knows we have to do this quest, otherwise not only the world, but also the gods will be in danger. He won't hurt us because he knows that he himself is at risk if we don't complete this quest." I put a what I hoped to be a reassuring hand on his shoulder, and watched his face relax.

"You know, you'd think that the gods would be more concerned about the fact that the whole world is at risk instead of their 'Godliness'." I chuckled, nudging his shoulder, trying to lighten the still tense mood. "Yeah, it'll be fine..." Nico murmured, biting his lip.

"Nico! What the Hades happened to Yeah, it'll be fine..."
I mimicked what Nico had said just 15 minutes before, while I practically dragged him through the opening of the aeroplane. As I pulled him through, the air hostesses gave us weird looks. Well, it would be kind of weird to see two teenagers on a flight to Greenland when they should be at school, one having to drag the other onto the plane and the other screaming about the Gods of Olympus. "Stone! Let go of me! I don't wanna die at the hands of Zeus!" Nico wailed, while he tugged against my grip like a disobedient dog on a lead. Thunder rumbled in the distance and Nico tugged even harder, "He's after me!"

Once I finally managed to get him in his window seat, I plonked myself down onto my own and kept a hard grip on his arm, making sure he didn't make a run for it. He was shaking and his eyes were wider then yo' mamma (A.N. Sorry, I had to...). We sat there for about 5 minutes, and he started to calm down.
"This isn't so bad." He gripped his seatbelt, shutting the window next to him.
"Nico, we haven't gone anywhere..." I told him, rolling my eyes, laughing.

5 minutes later, everyone had sat down and a beep sounded, indicating for everyone to put on their seatbelts. Nico and I had already done ours up, so we just sat, watching the 'Safety Session Thing'. Okay, I'll admit, that wasn't really true- Nico looked like he was clinging off every word, whereas I was playing with the latch that held the food tray up. Once the safety instruction finished, I managed to get Nico's attention. When he looked over to me, I was shocked. His face was paler than usual (which is saying something), and his teeth were chattering.

"Geez Nico! Calm down, everything is gonna be alright!" I shook my head at him while he continued to shake. "I-I, I c-can't-t." He stuttered, and if possible turned even paler when the plane started to move. I grabbed his hand, expecting to pull his arm away, but instead, he gripped it and squeezed mine tight.
