Cosmic Love [A Nico Di Angelo Love Story]

Prove it...

Nico's P.O.V

I shook my head as Lucas closed the door behind him, after swearing that I would prove that the Greek gods exist by using the powers I had gotten from Hades. After he had harassed me about how much I 'like' Pietra, he had transformed his playful mood into a serious one.

10 minutes ago

"Prove it." He said to me forcefully, staring straight into my dark eyes with his frightfully blue orbs, his mouth straightening as he urged me on.

"Prove what?" I questioned him cautiously, although I did have some idea of what he was taking about.

"Prove to me whether or not Greek gods exist." He acted as if he didn't believe it at all, but I could sense some hesitation.
I thought about what I could show him- shadow travelling, maybe raising the dead with some Happy Meals. I glanced back at him, thinking whether or not I should show him now. I didn't want to traumatise the poor kid, and plus, he had already fainted enough today.

I shook my head, "Not now. I'll show you in the morning." Before he could protest and interrupt me, I quickly pushed on, "Go back to bed."

"But-"

"No buts." I mentally chuckled, then swiped the immature thought away, preceding on,
"Go back to bed now."

Now

I turned around when I heard the bathroom door opening to the left of me, and watched as Pietra stumbled through the doorway, running a hand through her long, wavy hair, and rubbing her eyes.
Ow.
My jaw hurts from hitting the floor [even though I was on the bed but whatever].

She was wearing a black t-shirt with a skull cross-bones on it, specifically, my shirt. It reached just above mid-thigh, and the sleeves reached just above her elbows. Pietra looked even hotter than usual. See, I'm not even denying it.

My eyes stayed wide as I gulped when she slipped into the bed beside me, stretched, and then wriggled herself deeper into the sheets. She snuggled into my chest, and I wondered if she could hear my heart thumping like a drum. When she closed her eyes, I relaxed and cuddled her close, enjoying her warm, small body pressed against me.

The next day...

"Nico!" An annoying voice sang from outside, unsurprisingly, it was Leo. I groaned in synchronisation with Pietra, and turned so my body was covering hers. Snuggling into her neck, I blocked out Leo. Pietra seemed to be having trouble doing that, so I lifted my hands over her ears and snuggled in deeper.

"NICO!!!" Leo screamed at the top of his lungs, and what was even worse, he didn't stop. He screamed, shouted, kicked the door, pounded against the window and started pulling out a frying pan from his tool belt and banging against it.

It was the final straw when he started chanting.

"NICO WAKE UP! NICO WAKE UP! NICO WAKE UP!"

Arghh! I pushed myself off the bed, and marched to the door, wrenching it open and scanning the scene for Leo. Gods, he better watch out.

As soon as I caught sight of Leo, who was banging a pan with a hammer, and chanting at the top of his lungs, I marched over to him, grabbed the idiot by the collar and screamed right in his face.

"SHUTUP!" He flinched, dropping his pan, and when I set him back on the ground, he fell to his knees.
I rolled my eyes and stumbled back to the cabin, slipping into the bed again. I ignored her arched eyebrow and cuddled her close. Snuggling back into her neck, I closed my eyes and smiled.

Because she didn't protest.

So, did you like that extremely short chappie! Of course you did, I wrote it! Haha, just joking [kinda].
Anyway, guess what guys....

I'm on holidays for three more glorious weeks, so I can update more often!

YAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!

I swear the next chapter will be more eventful, I just thought this chappie was really sweet. Oh, and by the way, don't worry about Leo, he's fine [I asked him].

I would also like to recommend a book that LivingasLeigh is writing. It is an amazing story, and I can't wait for the next chapter to come out [*begging for the next chappie*]!
This book is suitable for mature audiences, as it does have some sexual content, but I think the story line is really good, and it is well written. I wish that I could write like LivingasLeigh and I think that the book is not getting as many readers as it deserves.
Please check it out! I know you'll absolutely love it, I definitely did!
