Afterwards in the city

she's back

i wake up ,my alarm is buzzing i roll over and turn it off.its Monday morning which means i have school yay I think to my self .I get out of bed and put my uniform on. I hear a buzz its bruce who'd text me .

'soz cant make sch 2day picking up silver from airport'

"oh yeah shes back" I accidently say out loud

"whos back "amber say walking in my room

"silver"i say

"and you don't want her back"she asks

"not really" I say

"you haven't spoke to bruce lately is that the reason,silver"she asks coming and sitting next to me

"I don't know ever since ....well... hes just been avoisding me all weekend"i say laying back on my bed

"ohh what happened"she says mimicking me

"bruce kissed me the other night,but I don't know if it means anything,especialy because of out past"

"well whatever it is ill bet the you do the right thing"she says giving me a hug

"thanks"i say returning the hug

"hey haven't you got to get to school you'll be late"

I quickly rush downstairs and grab an apple,get my school bag and put my shoes on

"bye amber bye carl"i shout heading out the door.

I walk down the road ,I take a bite in the apple,it tastes vile,i spit it out and throw it over into a bush,i get a tap on the shouler

"hey litterbug"its ivy

"I didn't do nothing"

"you know littering is bad for the envioment"she says poshly

"well I don't really care"

"so how was your weekend"ivy asks

"eventful"i reply

"what do you mean"she asks

"promise you wont tell"she nods "well bruce kissed me,well only on the cheek but still"i say quickly.

I look over to ivy , who has her mouth open "really what does that mean"she asks getting excited

"I don't know"i say

"you need to talk to bruce"she says

"I cant hes picking up silver from the airport today"i say annoyed

"ugh,i have never liked her,ya know"

we walk up the steps into school and we go to our lessons.

"please selina,join karate class youll love it  promise"ivy moans coming out of the last lesson of the day.

"maybe,but not now I have soooo much homework"i say

"fine,bye then"she says running off into the changing rooms.

I walk out the school,i see ambers friends and there all giving me dirty looks .

I walk home quickly avoiding anyone I see,when I get home I go straight up stairs and  start my homework.

part way through,carl comes into my room

"hey selina,me and amber are going out soon,and Alfred says you go over to wayne manor"he says

"ok " I say

I walk over to bruces house,and I knock on the door,silver opens it

"oh hey selina"she say

"hi"i say walking straight past her and go over to alfred

"hello miss peter,nice for you to join us today,would you like something to eat"he says

"no thanks,im going to go finish my homework"i say.

I leave Alfred and walk down the corridor to the study,i open the door slightly,i see silver and bruce kissing,a tear escapes my eyes,i leave quietly,and head to the kitchen to where Alfred is.

"oh hi again,i thought you needed to do your homework"

"ive finshed it"i say lying

"how about  you and master bruce and miss stcloud watch a film while I make dinner"alfred says

"there a bit preoccupied"i say sadly

"im sure not"he says

"brruuccee"he shouts,and a minute later in he comes

"what"he says" was doing my homework" I give raised eyebrows

"why don't you kids watcha film while I make dinner"

"were not kids anymore Alfred " bruce says mimicking me into he lounge

I take the single seat and bruce and silver take the double,we start the film,i find it a bit boring.

I look over the bruce,silver cuddled up to him.

I know how I feel im jelous,jelous of silver because I still love bruce
