I swerved down a back road speeding as fast as my car could go. I grabbed my phone, hopping someone was still at the precinct. It rang, I kept waiting as the SUV rammed us again.

"Shit. I turned and drifted on a left turn and spun around to face the other way, zipping pass the SUV and making our way back to the main road. I saw the truck rushing up on us on the wrong side of the road.

"Pull over!!" He yelled and pointed the gun to back, where Nicki was sitting. I looked back and then made a daring move to drift over into on coming traffic and into the tunnel. I sped down. Faster and faster as I switched lanes constantly. The car was back and the SUV on our tail.

"Janet...I'm scared," Nicki whimpered and looked down at her. I sighed. I was pinned between the two cars, with nowhere to run. I braked and switched lanes again. We were out of the tunnel, still driving and going. I couldn't get them off of my tail. They were good. I reached the straight away to the intersection. I thought we were home free. The car crunched as we were T-boned. It spun out I couldn't pull straight. The car flipped on it's side, and hit a light pole hard. I hit my head hard on the side, and everything went dark.

I panicked. I was stuck in my seatbelt and I saw Janet. She wasn't moving at all. I tugged on the belt as the buckle stayed stuck.

"Janet!! Wake up!! Janet are you ok?! Please, I'm stuck!" I screamed. She didn't reply. Her head tilted over to the left. I could see from the street light something trickling down her forehead.

"Oh God!! Janet wake up!!" I shouted but nothing. I saw someone walking towards the car. I panicked. I tried so hard to get the seatbelt off. It was tightening around my waist, making it rather uncomfortable. I saw them come closer and closer. I tried to find a way to get Janet to wake up. The feet stopped and the guy bent down, looking at us. He smirked and looked at something else over the other side.

"Leave em'. The car's about to go up anyways,"

"Boss wants the girl. We can leave the detective," Said another man. I was so afraid, and scared. They were going to take me and kill me. I tried to get the belt. it wouldn't budge. I screamed.

"Janet!! Please!! Wake up!! Help!!" I screamed. I saw them come close and open the side door.

"It be better to come with me if you don't want to burn to a crisp," He said.

"I-I won't! You'll just kill me afterwards!!"

"Huh...I guess she does want it," He smirked, both leaving. I didn't want to die, but I could smell the gasoline leaking. The flames on the side of the hood. I apologized to her as I went through Shaun's jacket, hoping I could find something to set me free. I found a pocket knife, and thanked Shaun for leaving it there. I sawed through the belt and crawled my way to Janet. I looked at the liquid trickling down her forehead and cheek, blood was on her right leg. It looked like it was stuck between the dashboard. I patted her cheek lightly and shook her. She wouldn't move. She hit her head hard.

"Come on Janet," I groaned and unbuckled her. The gas was becoming to smell stronger and stronger. The flames on the hood growing wider and bigger as time went on. I pulled her gently, and her leg wasn't stuck, but a large glass shard was stuck in her leg. I nearly gagged, but I had to get her out. I pulled her gently, pulling a photo and Shaun's jacket with me. I kicked the passenger door open, and dragged her out. The gas leak was getting closer to the flames, so I picked her up over my shoulder and ran, when I felt the flames burst. I tripped and looked back at the car. It was engulfed in flames. I took deep breaths and looked at Janet, who looked like she was just asleep. I looked at her leg and shook. Her bare thigh was covered in blood. We both were still in our pajamas and The night dress she wore was up on her waist, showing her white underwear. My clothes were still in the burning car, so I took the jacket and wrapped it around her while holding her up on my lap. Her head tilted forward and down, her hair covered her eyes. I didn't know what to do to help her. No one was around when the crash happened. We were out there alone. I picked her up, and walked. I managed to have my phone and her own with me, so I looked through and dialed for the FBI agent. I waited for her to pick up as I set Janet down at a bench at the bus stop not to far from the crash. I waited until she finally picked up.
