I didn't disagree with Ashton, but I think his definition of "gift of conviction" was a little twisted, it was more like "keeping me in his arms until I couldn't scape". I saw the way they looked at each other, and it hurt me, not to mention how heart shaped box beating in my cheat felt at the moment.

Luke elbowed me and made a gesture to get the hell out of there, that scene was hurting the both of us and we couldn't take it. I grabbed him by his wrist and dragged him to my temporary room, and after we were inside I closed the door behind me, I knew now that their attention was now on us, and I did want that. I didn't want Sharon and Ashton to think less of me or misudersand what was really happening in my room. But my heart hurt way too much to care right now.

Luke sat in my bed and I still had my back resting on the door, we stared at each other eyes, as if we were communicating until Luke broke the silence that had fallen in the room.

"I bet you had fun." Said Luke.

"You can't even imagine," I walked to my bed and sat next to him. "What about you? What are you doing with Sharon alone?" He smiled at my questions.

"When Sharon got home she didn't see anybody so she called me and asked me if I could stay with her, and we both know I would never decline that offer, besides o could never leave her alone." He confessed.

I let my body fall on my bed, resting comfortably on my back.

"Can I tell you something?" I asked Luke, who turned his head around to look at me.

"I love your brother." I admitted in a whisper, as if they could hear us.

"I'm so sorry for you," he patted my knee reassuringly, "welcome to the club, we have jackets!" He jocked, and I couldn't help but laugh along.

As they days passed by I could feel my guilt growing, and I knew someone who would listen to me. I walked through the streets I had memorized and made my way to Tay's PhotoLab, but this time my talk seemed to be more complicated, Michael had offered to come with me when we bumped into each other in the hall and he was going there too.

"Are you asking her out?" I asked.

"Do you think she'll say yes?" He answered with another question, he seemed quite nervous.

"Of course she will!" I assured him.

"Do you think she likes me?" He looked at me with his big green eyes.

"That... You'll have to find out by yourself." He nodded.

When we got to the PhotoLab Michael positioned himself behind me, like a scared little child, and I could see Tay's eyes sparkled with joy when she saw him. I stepped aside, so I didn't block her view. They way they smiled at each other was worth more than a thousand words.

I cleared my throat so they could acknowledge my presence.

"Oh, Dawn, hey!" She greeted me, "new pictures?" I nodded and she smiled, leading me to the back of the store, by now I knew how to reveal them myself, so I gave her a little time to talk to Michael.

When I was done I had a pile.of at least twenty photographs, and most of them had one thing in common: Ashton's beautiful face. I has become like an obsession to capture his face with my camera, those photographs were like the proof that those moments with him did really happen.

I looked at my phone and it showed the time, it was almost seven. I had two options, I could stay here and be with Mike and Tay and not let my feelings for Ashton go crazy, or I could just run home, because all those feelings just wanted to throw a party!
