"What do you like?, you know, besides taking pictures," He asked.

"Mmm... The rain, the sound of it falling," I muttered unsure if it was the kind of answer he was waiting for.

"That's relaxing, and it's also beautiful if you think it through."

"What about you?, what do you like besides music?"

"I'm more active, I like moving, that's why I like traveling so much, traveling around the world would be awesome," he said, happiness sparkling in his hazel eyes making them look so irresistible.

"Egypt." I said looming at the horizon.

"Pardon me?" he asked confused, and I laughed.

"Egypt, I would go there, I know, it sounds a little bit crazy, but it seems so far away from everything, it would be a great place to go to forget." I shrugged.

"Woah... That sounds... Great." he said.

"I know, I wish I could've done that when my parents..." I stopped myself in the middle of the sentence feeling some hard feeling in my chest, and a huge lump forming in my throat.

"When your parents..?"

"Died..." I swallowed hard, trying so hard not to cry in front of him.

His happiness expression dropped, and turned into a concerned one.

"I'm so sorry for your loss," I know he didn't get to know them at all, but somehow his words made me feel unexplainably better, "Do you want to tell me, or not?"

I went quiet for a couple seconds, but suddenly the dark words came out of my mouth.

"They died in a car crash," I started talking, "a stupid drunk guy didn't stop in a red light... And my parents paid for his mistakes," I sighed loudly, "I wish I was there with them so I would've died to." I admitted in a whisper.

"Hey!" he stopped me from keep walking, forcing me to look at him, his features looking incredibly serious since he smiled all the time, "don't say that again," he looked me in the eyes, "things happen for a reason, and if you didn't die there is because God wants you to be here."

In his eyes I saw such a tenderness I haven't seen since my parents gave me presents in any time of year, shaking my heart and the sadness in it, making me feel a peace I haven't experienced in a while.

"Thank you," I muttered slowly.

"You're welcome," he looked at me with sweetness, "I'm sorry I made you talk about this."

"Don't worry."

"Well, let's get going, 'cause I suppose you're starving, but first promise me something," he looked at me raising his eyebrows again, his smily-self coming back to him.

"Sure."

"You won't be sad for today, I'll make sure," he grabbed my shoulders squeezing them slightly and that added to the sound of his voice made shivers run down my spine.

"Promised!" I smiled.

Sharon had the right guy, now I was definitely jealous.

After walking for a little bit longer he showed me a little restaurant, part of a big hotel, and with my eyed I scanned the Italian letters that seemed to form the word Bonvechiati.

And from what it seemed it looked luxurious and expensive.

"You're gonna love it in here, I know it," he said, the excitement evident in his tone.

"Mm... Isn't this place a little... You know... Expensive?" said ashamed that I didn't have enough Italian money to afford a place like this.

"Don't worry about the money," he said grabbing my arm and dragging me inside, causing goosebumps in the skin he was in contact to.

He spoke to an Italian waiter for a couple of seconds, who after that led us to a table in a corner next to a window, which had an amazing view of the canal, perfect for taking pictures, we sat and the waiter handed us two menus, I scowled Immediately, because I didn't understand a thing.

"What would you like to eat?"

I ran my gaze again through the unknown words, frowning, his laugh filling my ears again.

"What if we ask a lasagne?", Do you like it?"

I nodded ashamed.

He called our waiter from after and he ordered in Italian, as I didn't understand a thing I turned to face Venice's waters.

"Grazie mille," Ashton's unmissable voice thanked the waiter as he left.

His hazel possessed what a beautiful glow, so bright I'm sure it made the stars jealous, his pink lips looked like a feather cushion embroidered in silk, and when it stretched it formed such a beautiful smile, I'm sure that can light up this whole town, And his skin so ivory that I'm always dreaming to touch it.

"Do I have something?" his voice startled me stopping my train of thoughts.
