Now she knows

I love you, not for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. -Roy Croft

"Life is a journey from one point to another. You know where you will end up, but you don't know what route will get you there." Jennifer Robinson

"Love: A temporary insanity curable by marriage or by the removal of the patient from the influences under which he incurred the disorder. This disease, like caries and many other ailments, is prevalent only among civilized races living under artificial conditions; barbarous nations breathing pure air and eating simple food enjoy immunity from its ravages. It is sometimes fatal, but more frequently to the physician than to the patient". Ambrose Bierce in The Devil's Dictionary

"Lucky is the man who is the first love of a woman, but luckier is the woman who is the last love of a man. " - Unknown

It is the passion that is in a kiss that gives to it its sweetness; it is the affection in a kiss that sanctifies it." Christian Nestell Bovee

Love is always bestowed as a gift -- freely, willingly, and without expectation.... We don\'t love to be loved; we love to love. -Leo Buscaglia

" The success of love is in the loving- it is not in the result of loving. Of course it is natural in love to want the best for the other person, but whether it turns out that way or not does not determine the value of what we have done". Mother Teresa

"Love is the master key that opens the gates of happiness." Oliver Wendell Holmes

"A broken heart is like being shot. You feel the roofless pain but you just keep suffering unable to die.."

"Love said, 'Lie still and think of me'. Sleep said, 'Close your eyes till break of day'. But Dreams came by, and smilingly gave both to Love and Sleep their way." Sara Teasdale

I ran my hair through my hands and looked over at the alarm clock n my bedside table. 1 a.m. I think it’s safe enough to leave me room now.

I quietly opened the door and stepped out. I looked down the hallway; the coast was clear. I crept up the hallway and around the corner. As soon as I stepped in front of a door it flung open and Tori grabbed me.

“let me go, please, let me go” I begged.

“I’m not going to hurt you.” she said calmly and pulled me into her room

“ yeah that’s what they all say, isn’t it?” I countered.

I heard her sigh and she closed her door and I fell to the floor.

“ no actually, we can be quite honest when we want to kill someone.” she spoke clamly and folded her hands on her lap. I looked around her room. It was a dark purple and black . The comforter looked almost black from where I sat and the room looked like it was lit entirely by candles.
