Chapter Twenty Six

"I can't f*ckin' believe I have to pay for a new system to be fitted! Why couldn't they have told me that the first f*ckin' time it happened!? It's goin' to cost a fortune!" Cheryl ranted as her and Kimberley shuffled through the front door.

Kimberley remained quiet. She could tell the girl was p!ssed off, really p!ssed off. She watched as Cheryl kicked off her trainers and walked down the hall to the living room, still cursing.

"Me f*ckin' feet hurts! Me f*ckin' back hurts! My f*ckin' head hurt! And now me f*ckin' bank balance is goin' to hurt!"

'Thank god I didn't share a car with her!' she laughed to herself, thankful they had both driven their own cars home. Although she had feared on more than one occasion for the Geordie's saftey, the speed she was going only confirmed how annoyed she was. Heading for the stairs, she disappeared up them.

Cheryl flopped down on the sofa. She felt like sh*t, plus she felt bad for ranting on at Kimberkey. It wasn't her fault. She smiled when she heard water running. 'Kimberley must be going for a bath,' she thought to herself. Shutting her eyes, she slowly began to drift off.

"Babe?" Kimberley smiled as she made her way back downstairs and into the living room. The girl didn't move. So she walked over, placing her hand on her cheek. Leaning down, she gently kissed her on the lips.

"Kimberley?" Cheryl mumbled, smelling the familiar scent of her perfume.

"Yeah angel," Kimberley smiled as she continued to tenderly stroke her cheek.

"I'm so sorry for shoutin' and rantin' on. It wasn't your fault."

"Hey don't worry about it. It's understandable how you're feeling." Leaning down again, Kimberley kissed the girl, reassuring her everything was ok. "Come with me a minute," she smiled, pulling her up.

"Where?" Cheryl giggled, allowing herself to be dragged of the sofa and up the stairs. As soon as they reached the top, she could smell the sweet scent of oils, the bathroom door, which was slightly opened, flickered light.

"I ran you a nice bath. I thought it would make you feel better." Kimberley guided her girlfriend over and pushed the door open further, revealing the candle lit bath. "I put some nice smellies in too. I know how you love your smellies."

Cheryl smiled. It looked and smelled lovely. The whole bathroom had little candles dotted around. Over come with emotion, she turned to Kimberley, pressing their foreheads together. "Come in with me?"

"If that's what you want?"

Nodding, Cheryl kissed her gently. "More than anything."

Without a word, the girls walked in hand in hand, nerves building within both of them. They knew where this could and would possibly lead. They weren't stupid.

Turning, Chery ran her hand through Kimberley's hair. "We don't have to if you don't want to baby," she smiled, staring deeply into her shinning eyes.

"I want to."

Smiling, she stepped back and pulled the t shirt she was wearing off. "Just watch, ok?"

Kimberley nodded, still not quite believing what was happening. She had honestly just ran the bath, hoping it would make the girl feel better. She continued to watch as Cheryl slid down her tracksuit bottoms and stepped out of them. She was now only stood in her underwear and sports bra. It was funny, she could already feel herself becoming aroused, something that didn't usually happen so quickly. "Cheryl!" she said, quickly grabbing hold of her wrists before she removed the bra.
