Mr.Schue's POV
The following evening...
Rachel and I are at Aldea and Rachel loves it, which I knew she would. I have knack for picking out good restaurants. If I hadn't been a teacher, I could have been a food critic. I would have made a great one. Besides, I made most of the good food recommendations for dinner like curry, shrimp cocktails, etc. For Rachel's first time having curry, she took a fast liking to it.
I grab Rachel's hands from across the table. "Rachel, are you enjoying dinner tonight?" She smiles. "Yes I am. The food is amazing, the vibe is good, and the sight of you makes the night perfect." I try to stop myself from blushing but Rachel catches me in the act and laughs. "You're a softy like me Will, you just don't want to admit it because you're trying to be manly." I laugh. "You're right Rachel, but let me tell you, it's harder to be a man than you think." She rolls her eyes. "I'm telling the truth. Sure we don't experience pregnancy, periods, and what not, but we tend to have to do a lot of things to keep our confidence up and our image good."
The rest of dinner consists of silly banter and moaning at delicious food. As I drop Rachel off at Kurt and Blaine's, she does something that we've never done before because I didn't know if she was ready, but apparently she is. Rachel Berry kissed with a fiery passion the lips and me wanting to be the gentleman that I am, kissed her with just as much, if not more passion.
