It's Rachel
Chapter 2
Rachel's POV
I'm on the subway heading home from a private voice lesson on the other side of the city. Normally, most of my classes and/or lessons at held at NYADA, but occasionally you have to travel a bit. This is obviously one of those cases.
NYADA held a contest last week between 5 students and the winner would be lucky enough to win a few voice lessons from no one other than my idol Barbara. I nearly had a heart attack when I found out that I won.
Now you're probably wondering how my first lesson went. It was AMAZING. Barbara and I instantly clicked, I learned so many great techniques, and she even taught me a few of her famous dance moves. It felt a like a dream to be honest. Not many people can say that.
Mr. Schue's POV
I'm surrounded by a noisy group of kids and their oblivious parents. Don't get me wrong I love kids, but not when they constantly kick the back of your seat. Not wanting to put up with it any longer, I turn around and say the following "Lady, you need to stop Snapchatting and learn how to control your kids. They're acting like wild savages. Get it together!"
Everyone turns to look at me. Some people are clapping and others look at me with disgust. The only person who isn't doing either is a girl who looks awfully familiar. I get up from my seat to get a closer look. I squint a bit and shock washes over me. It's Rachel.
