Sollux strode into the room Eridan should have been in. He hummed a random melody stopping in his tracks freezing completely. Eridan's tank was empty,no water,most of the sand gone,and a hole in the bottom. He almost began to freak until-"SOLLUX!!!" Karkat shouted. Sollux followed his voice to Feferi's tank standing in front of it. He looked aroun through the water searching for the fushia blooded mertroll,his eyes stopped when he saw the begining of two fish tails dangling from the top of the tank-*SPLOOSH!*
Sollux gasped as he felt ice cold liquid come pouring down onto his head drenching his clothes leavin him soaked in water. Laughter being heard from the top of the tank. He removed his glasses wiping the water from the lenses as he looked up slipping them on. Feferi and Eridan were leaned over the side of the tank wheezing and gasping for air as they stared at the now soaked human. "OH MY COD SOL!" Eridan wheezed slipping down into the water unable to breath,Feferi followed. Both of them floating in the water holding their stomaches. Once they calmed down they wiped tears from their eyes. "Oh my cod Sol you missed it,your face wwas priceless!"
"Hardy,hardy,har." Sollux responded annoyed. Karkat came out from behind their tank still giving small chuckles at Sollux.
"You're an *22 hole KK." "I KNOW." Sollux shook his head when Aradia came up behind him handing him a towel. "Here S0llux,I always keep 0ne 0n hand,I have t0 because of Equius." He took the towel wiping his face of the cold water that was seemingly still dripping from his hair and face. "Thank2 AA." He handed her back the towel. "0h and S0llux?" He turned to her looking her right in her brown eyes. "Ye2?" "D0 y0u maybe wanna hang 0ut s0metime?" "Im just gonna go." Eridan said quietly ,swimming off. Eridan sat huddled behind the coral,tears cascading down his cheeks. His lips quivered as he sniffled.
"-ERIFIS)(?" He heard her voice making him jump quickly wiping tears and hiding his face. "-Eridan." She sat next to him and began rubbing circles on his back and speaking softly to him.
"W)(ats wrong?" Eridan sunk down more. "Its nothing Fef." "You lik-E Sollux." Eridan looked at her. "Obvious enough?" He chuckled through tears that flooded from his eyes. "I knoww he likes Ara." "T)(at's not tru-E -Eridan,you s)(ould )(av-E s-E-En )(I'm w)(-En you got )(urt!" "Yeah right fef." She huffed. "STOP SULKING" She scolded him. "WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING?"
Both of the mertrolls nearly jumped out of their skin. They stared at Karkat who stood crossing his arms and tapping his foot in disapointment.
Feferi's look of shock quickly turned into a joy,Karkat was a romantic expert-or so she's heard him brag about it. "O)( KARCRAB! W-E N-E-ED YOUR
)(-ELP!" He raised a brow. "REALLY?"
"-ERIDAN LIK-ES SOLLUX."
"AS IF IT WASNT OBVIOUS?"
"COM-E ON KARCRAB,AR-ENT YOU T)(-E LOV-E -EXPERT?" Karkat's eyes widened,no one had ever really though if him as a love expert,they had only teased him about it.
"OK,ILL HELP YOU." "Thanks Kar."
Karkat tapped his finger against his cheek. "MAKE HIM JEALOUS."
Eridan who was holding his head in his hands looked up at him. "Howw do you expect that to wwork if he doesn't like me?" Karkat huffed,pitiful Ampora.
"HE LIKES YOU,SHUT UP. HE BLAMES HIMSELF FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU,YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIM WHEN YOU WERE UNCONCIOUS. HE MEVER LEFT YOUR SIDE." Eridan felt warmth rise to his cheeks,he had no idea Sollux cared so deeply for him. He felt guilty.
"NOW ARADIA'S GONNA HAVE HIM WRAPPED AROUND HER FINGER."
Rage boiled his blood,he'd be damned if he ever let anyone else have Sollux.
He turned toward Karkat.
"Howw do wwe make him jealous."
Karkat thought for a second before Feferi's eyes lit up. She grabbed Eridan by the arm dragging him out from behind the coral. Sollux and Aradia had been chatting casually throwing a bone at each other every now and then.
")(-EY GUYS! M-E-ET MY N-EW MATESPRIT!" She hooked her arms around Eridan's neck smiling and giggling as she kissed his cheek.
Eridan was completely shocked.
"Awwwwe,c0ngrats guys!" Aradia smiled at the "new couple".
