Eridan's heart was beating out of his chest. 'OH COD WWHAT WWAS I THINKING?!' He screamed at himself. Sollux would never like him,especially now. He ruined their friendship with that kiss and now he probably hates him. Tears brimmed his eyes as he curled up in the sand. 'Good f*ckin' job me,I ruined evverythin' "HEY DOUCHPOD,WHATS WRONG?" He lifted his head up seeing Karkat standing in front of the glass. "I kissed Sollux." Karkat's face contorted of confusion and sympathy. "THATS A GOOD THING,RIGHT?" Eridan scoffed turning his back to him. "Yeah right,he probably hates me noww." His tone lowered as is voice faded out. "DID HE NOT RETURN THE FEELINGS? CAUSE IF SO IMMA SMACK DAT HOE WITH MY BROOM! I DID NOT JUST HELP YOU AND COME ALL THIS WAY FOR THAT *SSHOLE TO F*CKING REJECT YOU,CAPTOR!!!!!!" Oh sh*t,you pissed off Karkat. Eridan quickly hid himself out of shame and embarrassment. She slapped her hands on her waist tapping her foot and her signature disappointed look grimacing her face,god did everyone hate that look,it made you feel guilty beyond belief. "Um......" She grabbed both by the ears and dragged them into another room,she pointed to two chairs for them to sit in. "Explain Yourselves!" "Uh-ye2-" "THIS *SSHOLE-" "Karkat! Lower Your Voice." Sollux left shutting the door behind him,some of the lights of the aquarium were off leaving the lights of Eridan's tank to illuminate the room. The walls reflected making the entire room look light blue. "ED?" "ED?" He said circling around the tank hearing movement in the water every time he took a step. "Come on ED,II know you're iin there." He taunted. An idea sparked in his head. "Fiine,iif you aren't comiing out II gue22 IIll ju2t leave,better turn the liight2 out on my way out." He walked over towards the door turning the lights off,a pinkish purple light emenated from the tank. "Really ED? You know you glow iin the dark,right?" He walked around the tank seeing Eridan curled up in a fetal position,his tail curling in. His spinalfins lit up as did the freckles on his skin,his eyes remained slightly open just enough to see them light up in the darkness. He was like a night light. His gills,earfins,spinalfins,freckles,arm-
fins,tail fins,and even his eyelashes glowed in the dark. In all it might sound strange but he looked kinda cute-BACK TO THE SITUATION AT HAND CAPTOR!

"ED,lii2ten,II diidnt reject you-" "So you do like me?" Sollux was a little surprised,he didn't think Eridan would be so quick to speak. "That2 not what ii 2aiid." "Here me out,okay ED?" Eridan nodded just wanting to know whether or not he like him. Sollux got a ladder and propped it up next I his tank,climbing up he rested his arms on the side letting them dip into the water. Eridan swam up to the surface ready to hear what he had to say. "IIm 2orry II put you through all that,and iim 2orry II diidnt 2ay 2omethiing 2ooner."
"I forgivve you." Sollux smiled softly. "And II don't liike you,II lovve you,more than you thiink." Sollux used his speech impediment meaning he was serious. Eridan's face quickly heated up turning a deep violet,he covered his face with his hands trying to hide the blush as best he could. "Awwww,don't do that." Sollux said smoothly. He grabbed Eridan's hands and removed them trying to see his adorable blushing face. "Y'know,you look cute when your all flu2tered." Sollux smirked leaning down to kiss him,Eridan saw and bounced up in the water connecting their lips. The kiss was soft yet rough and needy as if the two had been waiting for this moment for a very long time,and in all truth they had. Sollux pulled away looking him in the eyes. "II love you 2o much." They kissed again deepening it.
