It was official,Sollux Captor and Eridan Ampora were a couple. Kanaya was happy for the two,Karkat was happy as well no matter how much he tried to hide his smile,Nepeta was giddy with glee,and Feferi couldn't stop repeating it to everyone.
Sollux walked in front of Eri's tank to see his loving matesprit. "Morniing honey." He smiled at Eridan who was gliding smoothly through the water. "Morning." He dropped a few fish in his tank. "How you doiing thii2 morniing Tytha2?" "I-" "grumpy,as the usual." Eridan answered for him his voice muffled while he chewed.
"Hey ED,you exciited to open your giift2 later?" "Wwell,I'm vvery curious to see wwhat you got me." Sollux knew the perfect gift for Eridan. "I got you somethin' too Sol~." Eridan purred,Sollux couldn't help but blush even if it was a joke,he softly giggled. "Sollux!" Kanaya came running in. "What2 wrong KN?" Kanaya breathed heavily trying to catch herself from falling on the floor.
"A Woman*breath*Fell In The Shark Tank!" "Take me to her." Sollux and Kanaya ran upstairs to see the top of the shark display,part of the fencing around it broken where the woman fell in. "H3lp m3 pl3as3!" The woman thrashed around in the water. "Ma'm,plea2e,2top moviing!" "I-I can't swim!" "2h**t." Sollux cursed under his breath. Shark like fins rose above the water circling her as she kicked and gasped for life. It wasn't until he saw something purple zip through the water did he stop in his tracks. The woman began to sink,Sollux was freaking out,he couldn't swim either and Damara and Rufio weren't here yet. He watched her slip down into the water,it was dead silent. Sollux removed his coat about to dive into the water when Eridan emerged from the surface,the girl craddled in his arms. "She's alright Sol." He swam over placing her on the now wet ground. "ED get out of there! You'll get eaten!" Eridan smiled and with a snap of his fingers the great white in the tank slightly rose above the water allowing Eridan to pet its dorsalfin. "Sol your hilarious,did you forget I'm technically the prince of the ocean? They wwouldnt hurt me." That's when Damara and Rufio rushed in stopping when they saw Eridan loving on the great white. "Awww,your a cutey,aren't you? Aren't you,yes you are,yes you are!~" "ED 2top." Eridan laughed. Damara started CPR on the woman. "How d1d you get 1n there?" "Equ leavves a perfectly vvisable trail wwhen he travvels through the big pipes." Eridan dove under the water making his way back to his tank where he met Sollux waiting outside of it. "Oh,hey Sol." "2omeone would liike to thank you." The girl he saved walked up soaking wet and wrapped in a towel,two younger girls standing next to her one on each side. "Thank you so much,if you hadn't sav3d m3 I wouldn't hav3 s33n my girls 3v3r again." "It wwasnt a problem-oh,hey Nep." He waved to the small cat loving ship girl standing next to her. "Thank you for saving my mom!" "Your wwelcome." "Y3S THANK YOU!" He nodded. Sollux smiled as Kanaya led the the girls to get their mother dried off. "IIm proud of you." "Aww,thanks Sol,you wweren't jealous of the shark wwere you?" "Pft,no!" Eridan raised a brow. "You sure? Y'knoww I can tell wwhen you're lying." Sollux looked away hoping he couldn't see behind his shades. "II'm 2ure." Eridan crossed his arms giving him a suspicious hum. "Alright Captor."

Eridan held Sol's gift behind his back as Sollux rummaged through the gifts trying to find the ones he'd gotten for Eridan. "Aha!" Sollux grabbed the small rectangular box and ran over grabbing a ladder to prop up against Eri's tank. Once at the top Eridan surfaced unable to hold back his excitement and smile. "From me two you my preciiou2 love." Sollux smiled sweetly. "Cod you're such a sap." Eridan tore the wrapping paper off to reveal a clear box with black rimmed glasses. "II know your vii2iion ii2 terriible 2o II fiigured they'd help." Eridan tried them on,his eyes widened and filled with child like curiosity as he looked around the room. "Wwoah...." "You liike iit?" "Of course I do!" Eridan wrapped his arms around Sol's neck pulling him close for a kiss. Eridan pulled away smiled. "Close your eyes!" "But II-" "Close'em!" Sollux sighed closing his eyes and tried to keep from laughing at his bossy attitude, he had to admit it was rather entertaining and cute. Eridan pulled out his gift. "Open'em noww!" Sollux opened his eyes to be met with a necklace made of pure gold,the charm was a golden gemini symbol. Eridan undid the latches and placed it around his neck and latching it back. "You like it?" Eridan smiled sweetly at his matesprit. "II2 iit real?" "Of course it's real! My matesprit deservves only the best!" Sollux kissed him,the two melting in an embrace. Eridan moaned giving him an idea,he slowly started to leave a trail of kisses down his jaw line and moved to his neck teasing him with small bites and kisses. "Mmmmh! Stop teasing!" He whined pulling away. Sollux gave him a devilish smirk and laughed,Eridan's face was flushed purple. "It's not funny!" "Ye2 iit ii2!" Sollux lowered his voice placing a hand under Eridan's chin and pulling him forward. "E2peciially when you get all flu2tered." Eridan raised his hands in defeat. "I'm done." He went back under the water hiding his face. "Aww com'on! II wa2 ju2t playiing!" Eridan stuck out his tongue.
