A scream can be heard, shrieking, frantic yellings. All of which ebbs away into the fiery roars of black smoke as I can feel it slowly start to drift over me like a blanket. I felt my throat slowly close; oxygen hardly passing in. And that blanket of smoke starting to overtake my vision until all I can see is black. And all I can hear is chaos.
Distantly, I felt two hands grab me waist, almost felt as if I was being hoisted up. As seconds pass, the more sleepier I felt. This must be a dream, I'm dreaming that I'm going to visit Mahira. It must be?
"Eliza," I heard a worried voice, sounding fuzzy. Before I could fully focus on it my mind turns it into a blur, and slowly my ears start buzzing. Buzzing before silence befalls.

"Wake up,"
"Common,"
"You can't do this to me," I can feel fingers trailing the contours on my face. Then they start to poke my cheeks
"Wake up, wake up, wake up." Slap.
I slightly open my mouth. My throat was burning as was my right cheek. It felt as if someone was scratching my throat violently.
"Eliza," a worried voice says, "say something." Two warm hands find my cheeks again, its thumbs running in circles. I open my mouth again, to inhale more oxygen, to relieve the dry scratch I could feel. Then, slowly opening my eyes, the first thing I could see is bright white light.
"W-w- water," I gasp out, my throat croaking out the words. The hands quickly leave my face and he rushes off, leaving the room. He comes back with a glass in his hand, then with the other helps me to sit up and assists me with drinking. I let the water gulp down my dry scratchy throat, soothing the roughness I felt. Once the water is finished, I look at him frowning.
"Sabir, what happened?"
He frowns, causing the corners of his eyes to crinkle slightly. "I told you, you need to watch out."
"Watch out? Why?"
"Sabah... Please be careful."
"Sabir, you're scaring me."
"Sh*t," he exclaims, looking away from me and fisting a near by wall. "You were nearly killed. I wouldn't have forgiven myself if anything happened to you. I can't believe it happened its all my fault, Sabah... I'm so sorry." He turns back to me, looking deeply into my eyes. I thought I didn't hear the next part as he whispered it so quietly, "I should've stay with you."
"What. Happened?" I whisper, slowly moving away from him. I find myself wanting to comfort him, to run circles with my thumb on his hand reassuringly
