Chapter 12

A couple of weeks went by and it was rather uneventful. One morning rather early I woke up in a warm embrace as I had every morning for the last two weeks. Seth was still sleeping when I looked up at him and I smiled, resting my head on his chest. He woke up when the sun hit his face and he sighed, tightening his arms around me.

"Mornin' beautiful" He said softly, kissing my head. I grinned and kissed him softly, whispering,

"Good morning handsome..." He grinned and looked at the time,

"I should probably get going so Jackie doesn't suspect anything..." I sighed quietly, getting out of bed and picking an outfit to wear for the day. Seth picked his jeans up from the floor and got one of the few shirts he leaves here. He pulled it on and grabbed a pair of my socks that he borrows usually,

"I'll put a pot of coffee on," He said; before stealing a quick kiss. I went to check on Bailey who was thankfully still asleep. I smiled, remembering a point last night when Bailey was crying and Seth had brought her in here and laid down, resting her on his chest. And for the first time, she quieted down and held onto his shirt tightly. My heart swelled with emotions and I rubbed her stomach softly.

Suddenly I heard voices coming from downstairs and I froze at the top of the stairs.

"What are you doing here?" Zach asked and I blushed, hoping Seth didn't give us away so quickly.

"Well... I was working here late last night and Charlie offered her spare rom to me."

"Yeah right, the spare room is down here idiot." Jackie said, and I could tell by the tone of her voice her hands were on her hips or she had her arms crossed.

I walked down and Jackie rose her eyebrow when she saw me.

"Did we forget our makeup Charlie?" She asked glancing at my neck, and I shrugged,

"Maybe..."

"Charlie I'm just mad you didn't tell me!" She exclaimed, and I sighed,

"Look, I should have and I know that. You're my best friend, but I just didn't want to mention anything until I knew what we were doing."

"Well what are you doing?" Zach asked, raising his eyebrows.

"She's my girlfriend." Seth said nonchalantly while making a pot of coffee.

Not even two seconds later Jackie squealed, "I knew it! I knew it! God that's why I hired you! You owe me fifty bucks baby!" She exclaimed looking at Zach, along with a very over exaggerated laugh.

"Jackie!"

"The first time you saw him you were practically drooling! And Seth kept checking you out! It was going to happen,
whither it was a one night stand or a relationship!"

"Well you were right," Seth said shrugging, and Zach laughed,

"You ready to go man?" He nodded and poured the coffee into a travel mug, then walked over and kissed my head.

Zach kissed Jackie, "See you later today baby." The boys left and Jackie looked me dead in the eye,

"I want details."

"He's... amazing."

"Amazing?"

"Like... ten out of five. Phenomenal. God he's the best I've ever been with."

"And between the sheets?"

"Amazing. He's... He's bigger than Noah. By a lot."

She laughed and made us breakfast. "He takes care of me."
