Chapter Twenty Six: Beautiful.
Later that day Summer and Winter said their goodbyes. After they had hung out together for a few hours that is. It surprised Summer just how comfortable she felt around Winter. Stuttering was in her nature, but talking? That wasn't something she did so much around people she barely knew. But with Winter it was like talking became a normal thing, that she became normal for a little while. He made her body feel like it was on fire just by looking at her. Oh, the way he looked at her as if she was the most beautiful and precious thing in the whole world and the way her smile lit up the whole room and how the outer corner of her eyes wrinkled ever so slightly when she laughed.
She was just so beautiful and perfect in her own way.
