I started writing this while watching Hocus Pocus, so the question is going to be from that movie.
"What is the name of the red headed witch?"

Harry, Rolf, and Luna made their way back inside and through the pub to where the other three were sitting. Harry sat down first and indicated towards where Rolf and Luna were standing, holding hands. "Guys, this is Rolf. He's decided to join us, finally. But he might need a little catching up."
Hermione seemed to catch on right away and turned towards Luna for confirmation. Luna nodded with a serene grin, and Ginny and Ron realized what had happened. It was clear to everyone at the table that Luna was happier than she had been since this whole thing started. She had never needed to be around him all the time, but Rolf was one of the few people who nearly always understood what Luna was saying, and not having him around had worn on her. Now that he had landed in this time with them, the effect was almost instant.
"Good to know you've finally come around. We were just starting to think you never would." Ginny smiled.
"I certainly agree, though I can't say this is a position I ever thought I would find myself in. Now that I'm aware I'm not the only one, I feel much better."
"We all do." Luna agreed, "It would have been unfortunate if you hadn't found us."
"Unfortunate indeed." Rolf grinned. He pulled up another chair so that he and Luna could sit, with Hermione and Ginny moving to make room. "So anyway, like Harry was saying, I'll need a little catching up. But for now, I'm curious, how much have you thought about that first task? We Hufflepuffs are hoping you beat out Krum and Fleur, but for Cedric to take it all."
"It's a possibility. I have no idea what I'm doing, only that I would love to let Cedric win. But considering what's happened in the past with this Tournament, I have to give it my all."
"I understand. Personally, I'm just rooting for a Hogwarts victory. Whether it's you or Cedric doesn't matter to me."
"Quiet loyal for a Hufflepuff." Ginny teased.
"My loyalty expands beyond my house. Just like it should." Rolf said with something between a smile and a grimace. While he was a Hufflepuff and he loved his House, he wasn't proud of the way they had acted when Harry's name came out of the goblet. Not that he'd been completely innocent, but he hadn't made any personal efforts to make things harder on him.
Harry grinned, "You should start spreading the message. That I'm not an attention seeking Gryffindor jerk."
"I can try, but I'm only a third year. I have no pull anywhere, really."
Hagrid stopped by asking Harry to stop by with the cloak, Harry assured him he would, though he was tempted to skip it. Once Hagrid left, they spent more time catching up with Rolf, but it was hard while they were trying to be discreet. Then Hermione suggested they just go back and talk in the Room of Requirement. Ginny was disappointed that she couldn't have any more butterbeer but acquiesced for the sake of filling in Rolf.
Rolf picked the Room, and when they walked in they were in a greenhouse-like room, with a collection of couches in the middle of what seemed like a forest of flora and fauna. Once they were seated and Harry had gotten a look around and the plants around him, he'd gotten an idea.
"Hey, Ron. Didn't Charlie say something about them discovering a gillyweed weakness in dragons? That it knocks them out or something?"
"Huh? Oh, right. Yeah, some idiot was growing the stuff near the dragons, probably hoping no one would bother anything in a dragon enclosure, but when one of the handlers was feeding them he put it near the Gillyweed and one of them ate it. Knocked the thing out for hours."
