Chapter 33Tory's pov:
The sun beams hit my face and I stirred from my sleep.
Reaching over to the nightstand I grabbed my phone. 06.03 it said.
I look from the phone to the window and sigh. I wont manage to go back to sleep. Then I smile, I am so going for a run! With everything going on I hadnt let my wolf out in forever, yes Becca had forced me out when I told her I hadnt shifted in a month but still... My wolf wanted out and now I finally had a free moment to do just that.
I leaped off the bed and pulled on some tight training shorts, that lets be honest looks like I'm wearing a pair of boxers and my sports bra.
I would shift so any other clothes would just be shredded if I put them on anyway. So I just snuck out of the pack house and took a deep breath, breathing in the fresh morning air.
My wolf imidiatly picked up, she was making me all giddy inside. She was more than ready.
"You would be too, if you were locked up in here all the time!" My wolf said defensive.
"Your probably right" I agreed with her and felt a bit of guilt for not letting her out more often.
"You can make it up to me by running all the way to our jummy mate!"
Oh! Michael. I had almost forgotten about him. How would I tell him I was leaving. How could I ask him to wait for me? Shit what if he descided I was to much trouble for his taste and rejected me?
"He would never do that" my wolf said right away. "He is our mate and will wait for us no matter what"
"You can't possibly know that"
"Sure I can"
"How can you be so confident"
"Because he is our mate"
It didnt really give me the reasurance I was looking for so I had to make do with an unsatisfied sigh and made my way into the forest to shift.
Guess the only way to get the answer was talking with him. I dreaded the answer but felt like I at least owed him that much. But I'd wait until his classes ended, since there was no way I had the courage to do it now. Instead I would rewind by going for my much needed run.
I shifted and let out an excited yip and took off into the trees.
. . .
I stood at the edge of the forest. Looking into Michael's classroom as the last of todays students left. Then she threw a small rock on the window. It hit.
Michael turned his head towards the window looking for the source of the sound. She threw another one. This time he stepped towards her and looked down at the edge of the woods, where she stood. His eyebrows furrowed together in confusion as he saw her. Then opened the window. Tory waved for him to come down and he jumped.
The landed effortlessly on the grass floor and looked at her. "I wasn't expecting to see you here" he said, a smirk playing on his mouth.
"I needed to talk to you but lets go a bit deeper into the woods, wouldn't want any of the teachers seeing you talking to a half dressed student.
He snorted but followed after her.
"Michael" I said stopping, drawing a deep breath of courage. Now or never. "I'm leaving"
"What?"
"I have some- stuff that I need to do"
"What kind of stuff?"
