Chapter 5

Tori's Pov

Let get this show on the road. Me and my wolf were ready. Logan was going down, or something like that, I thought with a snort. "Enjoy the show" I said to Becca and entered the arena. Which is just a big volleyball field without the net so we can fight. If you step out of the area, you lose. If you get pinned to the ground and can't get up after a minute, you lose. And of course there is the more violent and most common among the guys, if you get your ass handed to you, and you lose. So that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna kick my brothers sorry ass. I hope. 

I stepped up to where Logan and Dad stood, waiting for me. Dad was gonna give the signal for the fight to start and John was to judge if it was a fair fight, cause dad won't can't be judge since he is our father, not that he would do anything but the right thing. Honesty is important to him. Never tell a lie and never cheat.

"I didn't think you where gonna show" Logan said. "Ready to lose?" He asked. I rolled my eyes.

"I couldn't let everyone down, they want a show, and we're gonna give it to them" I said, ignoring his question.

"Enough" Dad said. "Are you both ready?"

We took our stand and nodded. Dad walked out of the arena and yelled "Begin" 

Logan lunged forward. Trying to tackle me to the ground. But I knew he would, he always does, so I dodged, by sidestepping. He fell forward and some people laughed as his face hit the sand. 

I turned around ready for his next move. He growled and spit some sand out of his mouth. "You know if you were hungry there is food in the kitchen, you don't need to eat sand" I said, I just couldn't help myself. He growled again and started punching after me. Left hook, right hook. low Kick, which I jumped over sending a kick on his shoulder, making him stumble backwards. But he came back quick.

I was on the offensive, dodging letting him tire himself out, he came at me again. Punch, punch, high kick, which I dodged by going low, the kick flew over my and with a spin movement I kicked him sending him flying backwards. He hit the ground with a loud thud, but was still inside the arena. 

He growled and jumped to tackle me, shifted as he jumped, hoping to catch me of guard, but I slipped under him dodging his attack. I was in a disadvantage as he was in wolf form and I wasn't, but we were going to change that. 

He turned back snarling at me, He charged again and I jumped over him shifting in mid air. Now everyone was cheering as the fight was finally getting somewhere.  We circled each other. Waiting for the other one to slip up. Finally Logan lost his patience and lunged at me. But I knew he would, he always does. I lunged at him, and it turned in to a biting and scratching challenge.
