Reinhold and his friend were expelled. Kurt was shocked to find that Reinhold was being sent to St. Mungo's to be de-Transfigured. He was even more shocked to find out thatThad had been the one to do it in the first place.

"What have we done to him?" Jeff muttered from where he was sitting with Kurt, Blaine and Nick in the common room.

"Blimey, I don't know," Nick said, glancing over at where Thad was reading quietly in the corner, looking perfectly normal. He hadn't so much as mentioned what he'd done to Reinhold the day before, all of them hearing about it from those who'd been there to witness it.

Thankfully, Reinhold had been too busy braying to tell McGonagall, who'd tracked him down mere minutes later to expel him, that Thad had been the one to do it to him—and his friends were too afraid of Thad to say anything, either.

"Did you hear what Flint called him at breakfast?" Kurt said, grinning as he settled back in Blaine's lap in the armchair they were sharing. "Wildcat? I can only imagine where that came from."

"I don't think I want to imagine that," Jeff said, shuddering.

"I think I can guess, given the marks on Wilson's neck," Nick said darkly, Jeff clapping his hands over his ears and humming loudly at his words.

Blaine smiled and shook his head, squeezing Kurt around the waist and kissing his back softly. They'd spent the previous evening snuggled up together on Blaine's bed with the curtains closed, drifting in and out of sleep and sharing drowsy kisses whenever they both woke, simply watching the other sleep when they rose alone.

Kurt knew he would never forget what had been done to them, but he forced himself to focus on what had happened between them in the sun-splashed clearing, on the sheer love they'd felt for each other, and it lessened the pain.

Now that they were trying to move past the attack, what they had done with each other was starting to sink in. The idea had been so incredibly foreign to Kurt just months ago that he was still in shock. They'd become practically attached to each other, more so than usual—which Kurt had thought would be impossible given Jeff and Nick's comments.

"Our poor, innocent bunny has been corrupted," Nick said, pretending to cry into his hands.

"Oh, stop it," Kurt said, kicking him lightly. "You're always complaining about him needing to get laid."

"Oh, god," Jeff said, eyes widening. "You don't think..."

He looked over at Nick, who met his slack-jawed gaze.

"You two are so naïve," Kurt muttered. "You really think Thad's going to have sex already? Jesus, it took me and Blai—" He stopped himself but knew it was too late by the way Jeff and Nick were staring at him.

"I swear," Blaine said, pointing a threatening finger at them. "Say a single word and you're both spending the next week hanging from the goal hoops by your ankles."

They closed their mouths hastily, turning to each other and having a silent conversation with over-exaggerated hand gestures, some of which Kurt thought their mothers would probably jinx their fingers together for—he was certainly tempted to do it.

He rolled his eyes and sighed. "Idiots," he murmured.

Blaine chuckled and nuzzled his side affectionately. "How are you feeling, by the way?" he muttered, taking the opportunity while their friends were distracted.

"Better," Kurt said, smiling faintly. "Still...sore but better." He blushed but held Blaine's steady gaze.

Blaine rubbed his back gently. "I'm sorry," he said, furrowing his brow.
