I entered this world during a war.

Everyone like us hid behind closed doors.

To protect our family, faith, and lives.

I must say that these were the hardest times.

I didn't know why we had to hide.

I didn't understand why my parents lied.

When the final moments came.

I knew nothing would ever be the same.

We were whisked away to another place.

Some place where those like me were laid to rest.

It didn't matter to them, who was best.

Nothing mattered to them, not even your ages.

They kept us bound, stuck in cages.

The hate they held for us.

Burned worse then the Devil's Sieges.

So when the end had finally come.

My mother and father had cried.

I knew then, we wouldn't survive.
