TOOTHLESS'S POV

Today is the day.

I leapt out of bed and ruffled my hair.

I looked out and saw it was still dark.

I peeked into (Y/N)'s room and saw that she was still sleeping.

"Hey there Beautiful One....."

"Toothless? Ugh..... what time is it?"

"Shhhh..... do you trust me?"

"Of course dummy....."

She was so cute when she was sleepy....

She got out of bed and rubbed her eyes.

"So?"

"Follow me....... or......... on second thought......."

I picked her up. She didnt even scream or kick like she usually did when I carried her.

Instead, she burried her face in my chest.

I felt my face go red.

"You're so strong Toothless......"

I blush a deeper shade of red as she giggled at me.

"You're so cute. You kinda look like a tomato......"

I smiled at her and carefully walked out of the house.

It was very early.

The sun wasnt even up yet.

When I was a dragon, I would go to the cove every morning before Hiccup wakes up to see the floating lights in the cove.

I liked how they sparkled.

(Y/N) should like them too.

I know she will......

Her (H/C) hair tickled my chin a little.

I loved her sweet lily scent.

I carried her as she sleepily looked up at me.

How cute.

"Where are we going?"

"Where else?"

"Why so early? I wanna sleep......" she yawned.

"You'll see....."

"Okay....."

She lay her head on my chest and listened to my heartbeat which quickened every second.

"I like listening to your heart......."

I kept quiet and continued to walk through the woods.

"We're here......."

I gently let her down.

She was speechless......

It was beautiful......

Floating lights danced around the lake.

"Toothless..... it's beautiful...... no..... it's perfect........"

She stared in amazement at the beauty in the cove.

"Fireflies......"

I cocked my head at her.

"What?"

"They're fireflies. Little bugs that glow."

"I didnt know that. I called them the floating lights."

"Well, now you know....."

"Up the tree?"

"Sure."
