I'm dreaming......

I dreamt that (Y/N) came back from the dead and I met my dead parents.

Yup, definitely dreaming.

I smelt a soft and sweet lily scent lingering around the air.

No. Toothless, stop mocking yourself.

She's dead.

They're dead.

Dont trick yourself anymore.

READER'S POV

I felt a warm hand wrapped around me and something wet fall onto my head.

I peeked open and saw the familiar glistening lake in front of us.

Toothless.

I looked up and saw his face streaming with tears.

"T-toothless? Hey......."

I wiped his tears away and he blinked his eyes open.

He looked at me in disbelief and cupped my cheek with his hand.

"Y-you're still here....... you didnt......."

"I told you, I'm not leaving..... c'mon.... dont cry....."

I brushed his cheek with my hands.

"I-I.... did you..... have the... same dream as me? A-about...... Mom.... and Dad......."

I lay my head on his chest.

"Yes. I did. I had them before. They didnt want me to tell you. Im sorry."

"A-a-and..... t-they.... c-c-c-caused o-our d-d-d-dreams?"

I laughed as he turned bright red.

"Yes. They were."

"They saw us........."

I didnt think he could turn any more red, but surprisingly, he did.

"I cant believe them!!! UGH!!!!"

I pecked his cheek and nuzzled up against him.

"I just....."

I pulled him up and dragged him to sit by the cove.

Shimmering waters, slightly damp grass, dew drops on leaves that shone like diamonds.

This is the cove.

I lay my head on Toothless's shoulder.

"So, you're alive......" he mumbled.

"T-toothless..... what h-happened t-t-to D-dagur........."

He gulped and stared blankly at me.

"I-I...... k-killed..... him......"

I gasped and my eyes widened in shock.

"How....."

"I pushed him off a cliff........."

"T-this.... reminds me.....of what Mom did."

"Yes. But Dad didnt come back? Did he?"

"Y-yeah......"

He stared at me and a pink tint spread across his face.

He cleared his throat loudly.

"L-lets go. Hiccup'll be expecting us."

"R-right....." I muttered.

We sat up and trudged back to the village.

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!!!!!!!"

What a wonderful welcome back Hiccup.......

"Thanks for screaming our ears off Hiccup. NOT!!!!" I yelled back in his face while rolling my eyes.

"DONT BE SASSY WITH ME TOOTHLESS!!!!! WHERE WERE YOU?!!!! AND WHA--"

"Before I get Hookfang or Cloudjumper to eat you whole, we only went to the cove. THAT'S IT!!!!"

"ARE YOU SURE--"

"YES!!!! JEEZ!!!! WHY DOESNT ANYBODY BELIEVE ME?!!!!!!!"

I heard Valka's usual chuckle and saw her hurry out of the kitchen.

"Now, now, boys. Let them come in Hiccup, and (Y/N), please go change. Not that that dress isnt lovely, its just, its a bit too formal for daily wear."

"Right Valka."

She winked at me and hurried to her room.

She came back in her usual outfit.

"There. Done."

She smiled at me. So brightly that she could light up the whole world.

"Toothless, stop drooling." Hiccup nudged me.

"Wha-- I'M NOT DROOLING!!!! HICCUP!!!!!"

He chuckled and fell to floor laughing.

"YOU'RE SUCH A JERK HICCUP!!! GRRRR!!!!!!"

"Now, now, Toothless, he was only joking...... though I have to admit, it was hilarious." Cloudjumper purred.

I growled and rolled my eyes.

"Hey, c'mon Toothless."

I softened my gaze at her and sighed.

"Fine..... but can you shut those two up?"

I pointed at Hiccup and Cloudy who were laughing like mad people..... errr......dragons........ whatever......

"Fine."

She marched up to them and snarled and picked Hiccup up by the collar.

"WOAH!! OKAY!! I'LL STOP!!!!"

She let go and glared at Cloudy. The usual bossy mature dragon was cowering in front of her like a child.

"Heh. He's usually fearless. Ive finally found his weakness." Valka chuckled.

"Happy?" she nudged me.

"Very."

I mentally chuckled at her. She looked at me and I raised my eyebrows at her.

She smiled mischieviously.

"Valka. Hiccup, Toothless and I--"

"WHAT?!!!! BUT YOU JUST GOT BACK 15 MINUTES AGO!!!!!!!!"

She grabbed my arm and pulled me outside.

"HEY!!!!! WHERE'RE YOU GOI--"

I heard Valka yelling back at him. I also saw some of the male vikings giving me thumbs ups and smirking at us.

I felt my cheeks burn.

"Hey..... where're we actually going?"

She gives me a really look and dashed off to our own little heaven.
