I find myself walking down the main hallway with an odd pain in my chest. I feel something is wrong but I can't tell what it is. I'm probably just tired though, since last night I had that awful nightmare and filled up my stomach with McDonald's peppery Hamburgers. But, seriously, I really feel something is wrong, it's a feeling I can't explain.
I slowly reach the reception and stare at a blank spot on the keys deposit's wall, where Liz soon shows up.
"What's up with that face?" he soon asks, I just stare at him without saying a word.
"Where's March?" I finally manage to ask.
When I woke up this morning, he wasn't in my bed. Which is kinda odd, since he kept on insisting of staying. I took for granted that he had some of his stuff to take care of, and that's why he left. But I'm not that sure anymore.
"I've been into his room too earlier this morning, he wasn't there. Do you think something happened?" he asks, I find myself with no strenght to even nod. This pain is consuming my soul and all my energies.
"Miss Sasha, there you are! I can't find Mr.March. I looked in every single spot of his room, he can't be faded away like that. Please, tell me you know where he is" Mrs.Evers nervously says running down the stairs, towards us.
"I know where he is" Iris suddenly says. I glance up at her, I'm not sure if she just showed up or if she's always been there. I didn't really pay attention. She looks up at me with a sight that, I don't know how, sent to my brain a weak signal. It's like she gave me all the information she had through her eyes, without saying a word.
"I need to see Elizabeth" I suddenly say,
"Excuse me?" Liz asks with in confusion.
"Be right back. Iris, can you get me a key?" I ask, she nods understanding what I'm talking about, while Mrs.Evers and Liz just stare at us in confusion.
"Sasha, there's one more thing you should know. Someone called earlier this morning, I think you should know" Iris suddenly says,
"It can surely wait" I reply, walking towards the elevator.
"Actually, not really" she weakly says, causing me to turn to her just in time to see my grandmother and my mother walking in the main hallway through the frontal door.
"Sasha!" my grandmother yells in excitement. I decide to give her a quick hug before leaving, I love her but there's something that needs to get done right now. James needs me."I'll be right back. But in the meanwhile, Liz, why don't you show them around?" I say, trying not to sound too nervous, which I really am. He soon nods, giving me the chance to finally reach the elevator, going downstairs.
"Elizabeth?" I quietly call, I haven't learn their bedtime hours yet, even though Holden has told me about it a couple of times.
"What can I do for you, Miss?" her voice soon replies back, I let out a breath of relief.
"I'm so relieved you're awake. I have a propose for you"
"Go ahead" she smirks, holding an old fashioned glass, probably filled up with Whiskey.
"I have a body for you, fresh blood"
