Natasha's POV

I woke up by a disgusting feeling in my stomach. I jumped out of Steve's embrace and ran to the bathroom. I got there just in time to throw up in the toilet. I knew that chicken was a bad call yesterday, it was a little red.
Steve came running after me.
"Nat, are you okey?!" He asked worried.
"Yes I'm fine, get out of here. It was just the chicken." I said feeling disgusting. "Go."
"Yeah, like I'm gonna do that." He said while holding my hair from my face as I threw up another time.
"Please Steve, this is disgusting."
"I don't care." He said, stroking my back. I finally stopped throwing up and Steve helped me onto my feet.
"I gotta take a shower. Can you take the kids?" I asked him, my face burned by embarrassment.
"Absolutely." He said kissing my forehead. I felt dizzy, maybe I really sick. I haven't been sick for years. I honestly don't remember the last time I was. I went into the shower trying to wash away all the disgustingness from my body. I then brushed my teeth and dried my hair. When I got out from the bathroom in my morning coat, I found Steve sitting in the kitchen, surrounded my three happy children eating cereals.
He stood up as fast as he saw me.
"Natasha, I don't think it was the chicken. You look like you have a fever." He said as he touched my forehead. I did feel a little dizzy, but I can't remember having a fever for years so I didn't really know how it felt like.
"No, I'm fine. I don't get sick, like ever." I said trying to push him out of the way. But he didn't move.
"Natasha. Bed. Now." He said.
"I'd really looove to but there's three awake children in the room next door." I whispered in his ear. He laughed.
"I'm serious Nat. I think you have a fever, you need rest." He said.
"What no, this is silly! I haven't been sick for, I don't know, 17 years."
"Then maybe it's time now." He said trying to push me to the bedroom.
"Steve. I'm fine." I said as I got out of his grip and was just about to walk to the kitchen as my eyes blurred and I fell to the ground. Steve caught me in the last second.
"Nat! Are you okey?" He asked worried.
"I'm fine." I said as soon as I got my vision back.
"Yeah right, god you're stubborn."
"Not as stubborn at you." I smiled as Steve helped me to the bed. He tucked me down and kissed my lips.
"Please, rest." He said, kissing me again. "I'll do something with the kids."
"Don't you dare watch another Disney movie without me."
"I wouldn't dream of it." He said. My eyes felt tired and my brain shut of. Everything got black.

Steve's POV

I entertained the kids for the day and checked on Natasha now and then. She was still asleep. I decided that the best thing to do was let her be. Sleep was probably the only thing that would make her feel better again.
She slept almost through the whole day and the kids was wondering when she would wake up. I tried to explain that she didn't feel so well. They got sad but understood the situation. Lila even put one of her teddy bears next to Natasha as a comfort.

Laura and Clint were coming home later this evening and I sat in the coach, watching cartoons with Lila and Cooper. Nathaniel was in his bed, sleeping.
"How could you?" A sleepy Natasha stood by the door. "I said no Disney without me."
"This is actually Scooby Doo so it doesn't really counts." I said smiling.
Lila ran up to her and gave her a tight hug. Natasha moaned at the sudden hit and smiled as her weak arms carried her up.
"Thank you for letting me borrow this." Natasha said as she handed over the teddy bear, smiling.
"Your welcome." Lila smiled and Natasha put her down.
She started walk towards me in the coach.
"Yes Steve, I'm feeling much better. No I'm not staying in bed just to be sure that I'm healthy and yes I'm still coming on the mission tomorrow."
She sat down beside me, placing her head on the usual spot on my shoulder.
"I didn't say anything." I said smiling.
"I didn't give you much time did I." She chuckled.

Laura and Clint came home one hour earlier than predicted and Nat and I went into our room to get ready for the night. I felt Natasha moving beside me in bed, she probably wasn't tired since she slept all day but she couldn't be up all night. She needed all her energy for tomorrow. I took her in my arms and I fell asleep all at once.

"Steve! Wake up! You gotta help me!" Natasha said trying to wake me up. She was standing in her black suit looking needy.
"What's wrong?" I said as I tried getting my eyes completely opened.
"You gotta help me zip this."
I slowly went out of bed and tried helping her zipping her suit. It didn't go as easy as I thought it would.
"Just pull it up." She told me harshly.
"Nat I'm trying it doesn't work."
Nat looked at me with fear in her eyes.
She took of her suit, only standing in a bra and panties. She stood by the mirror looking at her own reflection.
"No. No no no no. No it's not possible. It's not possible." She said looking into my eyes. Her face expressed a fear I've never seen before.
"It's not possible." She kept repeating the sentence. "No, it's not possible." At first I didn't understand what she meant. Until she put her hands on her stomach and looked down.
"It's not possible." I said, looking her in the eyes. "It's not possible."
