(This is so mean but it made me smile so

You tug at your hair in frustration, trying not to cry as you re-read the text you had gotten just hours ago.
Who would've thought a sweet thing like you would have such a secret?
You jump when the phone beeps with another message, and your eyes water when you read it.
I know everything. I can ruin you.
"(Y/n)?"
You gasp, heart leaping to your throat as Steve knocks at the door. You shove the phone under the bed and wipe the tears, putting on a smile and slip out of the room.
"Hey," You say, trying to sound like nothing's wrong and you didn't just get those texts, but his smile falters so you widen yours. "Is something wrong?"
"I think I should be asking you that," He takes your hand and squeezes it gently. "Somethings wrong. You've been crying,"
You shake your head, backing into your room and look away. "I'm just tired. I'll catch you later, okay?"
He hesitates to leave, but eventually nods and walks away.
You sigh, close the door and rest your head against the frame when your phone buzzes again. Slowly, you pad to your bed and drop your phone once you've seen the text.
You wouldn't want Captain America to find out about your time with HYDRA, now would you?
Forcing down the clawing panic, you press the call icon and press it to your ear.
He picks up on the first ring and says smoothly in a German accent, "That was quick,"
"What do you want,"
"That's not a very nice way to greet someone who knows all your dirty little secrets, now is it?"
You bite your tongue. "Hello, asshat. What do you want?"
There's a sickening cackle and then, "I want you to give me the passwords for Stark satellites,"
"I'm assuming you won't tell me what you'll use them for, right?"
"Correct," he answers cheerily. "Now do we have a deal or not?"

It's been days since you've spoken to the blackmailer. You had refused to give him what he wants and continues to send endless messages. They're almost playful. But you figure it's best if you just tell the team now and get it over with.
There's thirteen ways this could go, and all lead to either kicking you off the team, keeping you on the team but never trust you again, or they'll just flat out take you to prison.
"So I guess you're all wondering why I asked you to meet me here," You pause to take a deep breath before continuing. "I have to.. tell you something. That I've never told anyone,"
Tony raises an eyebrow. "Secret belly button piercing?" Clint smacks his arm and Tony hisses. "What!"
Steve smiles reassuringly. "Go on,"
You turn away from them, squeezing your eyes shut. "I hope you won't treat me differently after this, but it's inevitable, so I'm ready. I've already concluded thirteen different ways this could go and they all lead to-" you stop and swallow hard. "I used to be a HYDRA agent," your shoulders stiffen as silence sweeps through the room and then-
Laughter. You whirl around to find them laughing. Like eyes watering and giggling.
"I-I don't.." You trail off, looking helplessly at Steve who snorts to try to cover up a chuckle. "What the hell is going on?"
"Oh, that was good," Tony wheezes, laughing breathlessly and Natasha smiles wider. "Too good,"
"We know, (Y/n)," Steve says, takes a calming breath but breaks out into another fit of giggles. "We've known since the beginning,"
"Why didn't you tell me!" You cry, relief hitting you so hard you get light headed and flop down onto the couch. "Why didn't you gets tell me you knew?" Their laughs cut off when they see the tears. And then you're sobbing into your hands, Steve quickly pulling you close. "You guys suck!"
"What? We thought it'd be funny for you to admit it," Tony shrugs, puckering his lips and says like the blackmailer, "I want the codes for Stark satellites,"
"I hate you all," You huff, not being able to hold back a small laugh. "You're all-"
"Asshats? Yeah. We figured," Natasha says, grinning.
