Willy's POV

After my short conversation with Ferrior in the Mess Hall, my room mates grabbed me by my arms and dragged me back to the cabin. As soon as we got inside, the twins sat me down on my bunk and started bombarding me with questions. I felt like I was being interrogated by the police except that they were two hyper teenage girls and I wasn't put in a soundproof room with a recorder.

"Oh my GAWD!" Bea squealed, "You have to tell us everything!"

"YES!" yelled her sister, "Everything!"

"Come on girl! Spill it!"

"We want to know every single detail of your conversation!"

"Every single thing!"

I looked at Lilly with pleading eyes and mouthed 'help me!'. Thankfully she came to my rescue and stepped in.

"Guys!" She said, "Give her a chance to breathe!! Dear Lord!!"

"Listen," I said, "Ferrior and I aren't madly in love with each other. We. Are. Just. Friends. That's all. At lunch we didn't have much time to talk so there's not really much to tell you. We mostly just talked about our compositions and he offered to help me with mine. I'm going to go and meet him at the lake tomorrow morning so we can start."

Max's jaw hit the floor and she gaped at me with an ecstatic expression. Bea's face lit up like new years and suddenly she let out a deafeningly high-pitched sound that sounded a lot like "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!" It was more like a fire siren then any noise I've ever heard a human make.

"Oh. My. GAWD!" she squealed, "This is so exciting!"

"What's so exciting about it? We've already met by the lake before-"

"WHAT?!" the twins screeched, "WHY HAVENT WE HEARD ABOUT THIS?!?!"

"WHY ARE YOU YELLING?!" I shouted back, "I didn't think it was all that important! We just talked!!"

"How is it NOT IMPORTANT?!"

"We are just meeting up at the lake to work on our compositions!" I protested, "Why are you making such a big deal about this?"

"Why aren't you?" Bea retorted.

"You have got to be kidding me," Max slapped her palm to her forehead, "How can that be all that he wants?! You're freaking gorgeous for God's sake! He is a teenage boy! Teenage boys are pigs!"

"They are not pigs!" I argued back, then I reconsidered my answer, "Well not all of them anyway."

"Are you really that completely oblivious to the technical thought process of the male gender!?" her sister yelled in a high-pitched voice, the astonishment written all across her face making me roll my eyes for a second time.

I opened up Scones's cage and he hopped over to me laxidazically. I picked him up and laid down with him on my bunk. He snuggled under my arm into my fuzzy blanket and started napping again. How could he sleep with all of this screaming going on?

I tuned the twins out while they ranted on about my complete obliviousness to the obvious signs that Ferrior had a huge crush on me and that he was totally trying to ask me out.
