We are woken up by the plane shaking.
"What in the world?" I exclaim.
"We are experiencing a bit of turbulence," the captain's voice announces from the speakers.
"There's your answer," Kaden says.
I gasp when I look out the window.
"Kaden, look! The Eiffel Tower!" I say.
"Wow. It's amazing how long it's been around. It's older than Illéa is!" Kaden tells me.
"I bet I know what Kile would say if he were here," I tell Kaden.
"He'd say,'look at that architectural wonder!' and explain what form was used for it and how long it would have taken," Kaden says.
"Very true," I reply.
"Your highnesses, please turn off electronic devices and buckle your seat belts. The plane is about to land," one of our guards says, showing up in the aisle way.
We do as we're told. "Okay. Ready for stage one to begin?" I ask.
"Yup. Let's do this," Kaden replies.
The landing is smooth and we walk out to be met by Queen Daphne.
"Hello. What did you want to see me about?" she asks.
"Do you know where we can find our brother, Ahren?" I ask.
"Why do you need to see him? He's a newlywed. Give him some space," she says.
"It's a family emergency. He deserves to know," Kaden tells her.
"What is the emergency?" she asks.
"Queen America Schreave had a heart attack," I state.
Queen Daphne's face remains neutral, but her eyes betray her true emotions. She takes a deep breath to try to control them, and says,"Your brother is vacationing at the hotel by the Eiffel Tower."
"Thank you," Kaden says.
The two of us dash to the limo Dad sent to drive us around France.
"Eiffel Tower, please," I say as we climb in.
