Gail Gracia's PoV
I don't want to open my eyes kasi masakit ang ulo ko.
Lady...
I sat up and held my head with my both hands while staring at the black tiled floor.
"Vladimir..." I whispered.
I miss you...
Hell! What time is it?!
I checked my wrist watch and my eyes widen.
Holy shit!
"Where's my phone?" I shouldn't be here anymore. Walanghiyang lalaki 'yun.
"Looking for this, missy?" I heard someone's voice inside the VIP room I'm occupying. I glared at him and he just shot his brows up at me.
"Why am I still here, Mister?" I asked him and crossed my arms. He shrugged. He snapped his fingers from outside the door's room and someone gave him a cup of noodle.
"Eat this first, missy." He said.
Tumaas ang kilay ko at nagkibit-balikat.
"Ah ah. No. Baka ano pa ang nilagay mo diyan." I said. Baka may drug siyang inilagay dun.
"Seriously? You stubborn missy. I took you here because you knocked yourself out and let you sleep here for free and I'm kindly giving you this spicy cup noodle for your hangover and still you are thinking that I'm gonna rape you or something?" Mahaba niyang litaniya sa akin. I shrugged my shoulder and he sighed.
"Sorry but I have trust issues na kasi. I didn't mean to offend you. I'm just being careful." I said with sincerity. I mean it.
"I understand you, missy. After all, its not easy for you trust someone again because of what happened to you." He said and he kinda whispered the last sentences.
"What?" I asked.
"Nah, nothing. Now, eat it. I swear, I didn't mix some drugs in it." He said. I stared at his eyes. His eyes are telling the truth. So, I grabbed the cup noodle and started eating it.
"So, I thought my best friend is going to pick me up. Why am I still here?" I asked while still eating.
"She's not picking the phone up and I don't know where you live. So, I have no choice but to put you here." He answered.
I sighed. She's still at the underground? Seriously? Psh.
It's a glass room. I can see the few people dancing on the dance floor but the music inside here are not that loud.
"Okay but after this, I need to go because malapit na mag-New Year. Just three hours from now."
"Okay. No problem. But, I'm going to drive you to your home."
I looked up at him and shook my head.
"No thanks. I can drive myself there and I'm not going home yet." I held my phone and stood up after eating the noodle he gave me.
"You're drunk and its dangerous for you to drive. Don't be stubborn, young lady." I paused from looking for my key car when I heard that word.
Lady...
"Vladimir..."
The pain I felt earlier is now coming back.
