23: She's Back

Jandi Alexis' POV

"SHANELLE?!" After saying those words, she immediately ran through our direction and hugged us. It felt so, tender.

"I'm sorry if I left you guys without telling you." Chylee pushed her away.

"Tsss." Her cold words left us dumbfounded as Chylee walked away with a straight face.

"W-what's going on?? S-Shanelle??" Paris gave us a confused look as she walked near Shanelle and cupped her face.

"Why are you so familiar Shanelle. Parang nakita na kita noon??" She tried to let go of Shanelle.

"Paris? Paris!" Devon shouted as we watched Paris faint and fall to the ground.

"Paris!" We all screamed in fear.

"Bilis! Sa kotse ko!" Kiosk shouted while trying to accompany me.

"K-Kiosk." I sobbed. They all ran to Kiosk's car and took Paris inside. And Shanelle was there too.

"Ssssh. Magiging okay lang si Paris." And we both ran to the car. When I got inside the car, I immediately ran to Paris and hugged her tight.

"P-Paris.. Wake up!" And I cried and cried until I felt the car moved.

"Sssshh. Magiging okay lang siya Jandi. Hold on." Chylee held my hand.

"I didn't know you were coming?" I asked her with a crack voice.

"I just stayed here in the car until Devon came with Paris. Well, he was carrying Paris. And then Cameron, Jacob, Jiro and ughh... Shanelle came. And you were next." The others just shrugged while I kept on staring at them. I shook my head and looked at Paris again.

"Please Paris." I held her hand and closed my eyes. I prayed. I hope God will listen to us.

--HOSPITAL--

I was sitting on the bench with the girls, and Jacob while Jiro and Devon were walking around and around.

"Umupo nga kayo! Aish! Masakit na ang ulo kooo!" Sigaw ni Cameron. Chylee remained quiet because Shanelle was sitting next to her. Well, who could never be so affected. Shanelle is Chylee's bestest friend ever. Until Shanelle left without us knowing.

Chylee was so weak after Shanelle left us. Until one day, she told us that she had enough. And she will move on.

And she changed.

She's not our Chylee anymore.

We miss the old Chylee.

*sigh*

Chylee Chen's POV

After trying to reminisce about what happened earlier, the doctor went out with a worried face.

"Family of the patient?" Me and Jandi immediately stood up and walked towards the doctor.

"Bakit doc? Kumusta si Paris?" A worried sound came out from Jandi's mouth. It felt so painful and full of worries.

"Well, as for now. The patient is safe. But call me through intercom if something triggers." The doctor bowed his head and left us. Jandi went inside first before me. And I was next, then Cameron and... Ugh. Shanelle. I mean Meanelle Cryshan. Shanelle came from her name CrySHAN and MeanELLE. And she changed Cryshan to Crystal. So Shanelle Crystal was her temporary name.

As we went inside the room, we saw Paris. She was so pale and thin.

"P-Paris." I heard Jandi sob. I ran to Jandi and caressed her back. I also heard Cameron sobbed. I saw Meanelle (Shanelle) bowed her head. She was standing in the corner.

"It's all your fault!" Cameron screamed and slapped Shanelle. Jandi gasped while I remained a straight face. Serves you right.

"I-I'm sorry." She clenched her fist.

"Tss. I don't need your sorry." And Cameron went out of the room. Jandi also went out for some fresh air. And me? I went outside to call Devon.

Cameron Chloe's POV

Why did she have to come back?! Okay na kami eh. We moved on.

"You okay love?" Isa pa 'tong lalakeng 'to. Makapagtawag na 'love' parang kami na. Well, dun din naman kami pupunta.

"I'm fine." Tumalikod ako at nagsimulang maglakad but he hugged me. Uhmm. Back hug? Yeah.

"I know you're not. Is this about Shanelle?" Napaharap ako sa kanya. I can feel my tears. I hugged him. At nagsimula nang umiyak. I tried to let my tears flow. He hugged me back.

"Just let it out love. I'm always here." And he started caressing my back. I tighten the hug.

"Promise love?" I looked at his eyes and pouted.

"Promise." And we both raised our pinky and we pinky swear. Funny thing is, when I'm with him I feel safe. I just want to cuddle him all night and---

Wait! Sinabi ko bang cuddle all night? OMG! Naloloka na ako! Erase erase!!

"I Love You Chloe. My Chloe." I smiled.

"I Love You too My Jiro Andrew." And we ended with a passionate kiss.

Jandi Alexis' POV

You might think that I'm too OA about earlier. But I can't help it. Naging attached na ako sa kanya. I don't wanna lose her too. Kagaya sa nangyari kay Jamie.

~~FLASHBACK~~

(Have you heard the news?) Tanong sakin ni Chylee sa kabilang linya.

"What news?" I heard them sigh. Naka-conversation call kasi kaming tatlo nila Chylee at Cameron. Ewan ko, pabilis ng pabilis ang tibok ng puso ko. Parang may masamang nangyari.

(Yung sinakyan na airplane ni Jamie..) Panimula ni Chylee.

(N-nag.... Nag c-crash lan...ding..) And it shattered me.

"N-no. You're kidding." Hindi ko namalayan, tumulo na pala ang luha ko.

(It's the truth. Pupunta kami ngayon sa bahay nila. Sama ka nalang.) Cameron stated and ended the call.

~~END OF FLASHBACK~~

I went inside the room and sat beside Paris..

But something terrible happened which made me scream at the moment..

"PAAARIIIIISSSSS!!"

A/N: Pabitin effect. I know. Hmm. Ano kaya ang nangyari kay Paris? At saan kaya nagpunta si Shanelle? Mapagkakatiwalaan ba talaga si Shanelle? Those are some questions that can be answered in the next Chapter.
