Valerie's POV:
~September 26th, early hours of the morning~
I woke up early, not able to get back to sleep. The boys were leaving today and it would be a little less than two months before they came back home.
I glanced over at Louis, who was still sleeping, and sighed. One week really wasn’t long enough to spend time with him before he left again.
I sat up and got out of bed, quietly sneaking out of my room. I tiptoed down the hall and down the stairs. To be honest, I had no idea where I was going, but my feet led me to where my brain didn't know it wanted to go yet: the kitchen.
I noticed how hungry I felt and headed straight for the fridge, opening it up and scanning for the container I wanted. When I found it, I glanced over at the counter and smiled when I saw that we had crisps. I grabbed the container of cottage cheese and went to grab the bag of crisps and set them down on the island. I opened the cottage cheese and the crisps, grabbed a crisp from the bag, dipped it in the cottage cheese and took a bite.
I heard someone clear their throat and I looked up to see Harry smirking, leaning on the doorway.
"Hungry?" he guessed and I rolled my eyes. He walked over to the island and scrunched up his nose when he saw the cottage cheese, "How can you eat that?" Harry asked, "That's disgusting." I just shrugged.
"Don't knock it 'till you try it," I said, taking another crisp and dipping it again, "It actually tastes pretty good." Harry raised his eyebrows before he walked over to a cupboard and opened it.
"I was under the impression that you didn't like cottage cheese," he said, "You've hated it since forever."
"Pregnant, remember?" I said, "I don't know it just tastes good now." Harry grabbed a package of oreos and closed the cupboard. He put it on the island before going to get a glass of milk.
"Yeah, yeah," he said, glancing over to me, "Speaking of, did you find out the genders yet?" I nodded and ate another cottage cheese covered crisp. Harry brought the glass of milk over to the island and stood on the opposite side. He opened the package of oreos and dunked one in the milk, "Have you told Louis yet?" he asked. I shook my head.
"I just haven't gotten to it yet," I said. Harry nodded and I recognized the look on his face, "What're you thinking Harry?"
"You want to tell him before we leave right?" Harry asked and I nodded, "I could help you if you'd like." I smiled.
"What do you have in mind?"
"You sure you're okay with doing this Harry?" I asked, watching him as he hurried around the kitchen, grabbing the ingredients that he needed.
"Positive," he said, "I'm wide awake anyways so it's fine." I glanced at the clock and saw that it was really early in the morning, not even three o'clock yet.
