The last two months have flown by in a whirlwind.

Soon after my college exams finished, Harry commenced the band's European legs of the world tour taking him from Sweden to Denmark, France into Italy, Holland, Spain and beyond.  We strengthened our relationship with ease by keeping in touch just as we had whilst he was in Australia.

As much as I love Harry with everything I have, I don't wish to be the girlfriend who constantly has to be by his side; following him around the globe like a long lost puppy. Of course, the band is a huge part of his life but his working life nonetheless. Initially, he was disappointed but understood and ultimately respected me for it because we had agreed to do things differently from the norm.

College exams had finished and I was deciding upon my future.  I was busy applying for legal positions at various companies in Manchester, although a certain someone had other ideas about my living and working arrangements going forward but this is a discussion for another time.

I luckily spent time with Harry at the Amsterdam and Paris shows and enjoyed a couple of overnight stays.  They were very much undetected by the public or press.  It was at this time that I met the band for the first time.

They were all incredibly welcoming and friendly.  Louis with his sassy "alright love" and accepting nod of his head.  I caught him standing back afterwards, observing and looking me up and down assessing if I was good enough for Harry.  Indeed, I could tell all four of them are protective of their youngest just as Harry is protective of me.  It didn't feel intimidating, it was heart-warming to be privy to the close bond they share.  Liam's deep tone and polite "hello, lovely to meet you" as he took my hand between both of his and shook it tenderly.  Zayn was less tactile, one nod of his head and a simple smile; it was his dazzling dark eyes that said acceptance.  Niall, who was last, pushed past the others jovially saying, "it's my turn lads out the way", before unleashing a big grin and with eyes wide and a slow nodding of his head, nudged Harry's shoulder, "very nice, nice ta meetcha".  I couldn't help but laugh whilst Harry looked embarrassed at his mate eyeing me up.

Now we are at the start of June and the band are on another short break before the UK legs of the tour begin.  The band's Year in The Life of Film Concert DVD is being released and tonight is an opening night Red Carpet event at Leicester Square in London.

It is our first official 'outing' together and although the press has wind that Harry is seeing someone, we have still very much managed to keep our relationship under the radar.

Usually for these events the band go to a hotel beforehand and depart from there.  However, Harry wanted us to go from Eskdale so it would be more  familiar and relaxed.  He got ready a while ago and is already downstairs.  He has left me space to get ready under my own steam but not before making mad passionate orgasmic love to me then dragging me into the shower afterwards which was evidently all for my benefit to take my mind off the evening ahead!

My nerves are jangling in the pit of my stomach.  I am so anxious at the thought of stepping out in front of all the press, the fans and everyone associated with the band.  Harry has been my constant reassurance that it will all be fine because he will be right there by my side.

My beautiful dress hangs down over the door and I smile inside.  I pondered long and hard over which one to choose.  I knew what I didn't want; short, tight and tarty.  It had to be elegant but comfortably wearable.  I've got to be able to sit in it and walk in it.  Oh god, don't even mention walking in heels.  Looking at it now, I know I made the right choice.

I sit in front of the mirror looking at my reflection.  I know I have come a long way from the girl in the kitchen from six months ago.  It is only Harry that has given me renewed confidence in myself.  His love brings me out of myself, makes me feel worthy, special, loved and cherished and able to achieve anything.
