Chp 54 the deed

Alice never planned it. She never planned for Mia to come and work at the palace. She never planned to let Mia work for Rosalie. Or even Edward. She never planned Mia to become a mistress for Edward.

But she did help Edward through the affair.

She kept secrets from her best friend. She lied to her best friend about her husband having affair with their maid. She helped cover the affair up by saying those items were hers even though it was very much Mia's. She had hurt her best friend. She chose to lie and hurt Bella.

Alice watched Bella left the palace. She watched her give up on her marriage and she did nothing. Now she is doing something. She may be the accomplice to the affair but she is not helpless. She does not intend for this to end just then.

Alice has her own plans. She will end Mia's life.

Mr Black taught Alice calculus . He homeschooled her back in her teenage days. It was protocol for royals to be homeschooled by the finest tutor. But no one knew Mr Black was a secret agent himself. He worked for the darker side; the darker side that do good deeds. He protected Alice and shielded her in times of need. Alice then knew he wasn't just a tutor that taught Alice to understand changes between values that are related by a function.

Black don't just teach calculus. He knew how to drive a man through a wall only with a nail. He knew where the various point pressures of someone's heart was. He knew how to tie a loose in sixty different ways. He knew how to dig a grave barehanded. He knew how to drive a man crazy with hypnosis. He knew eight different languages and five dialects to communicate. He knew how to manipulate a persons point of view. 

Alice gave him a mission to kill someone because she knew he can do it. She knew he would do it better than anyone else could ever do. She knew Mia deserved it.

It was two pass midnight when Alice was woken up by a bad dream. She was having flashes of Bella leaving them all over again. This has been continuing since a few months ago; when it really happened. It has been three months since Bella found out of the affair and packed her bags. She left the palace. She left the family. She left Edward. And Alice stand by her.

Bella still keep her contacts with the rest of the family except Edward. She did not check in with Edward and everybody knew her whereabouts in another foreign country. Everybody knew she was safe and sound.

Jasper handed a glass of warm milk to Alice's mouth and she gladly took a huge gulp. For the first time, Alice is worried. She is worried about Black. It has been three months since they met and she gave him the  victim's information. Black agreed. But he hadn't made his move. Alice is worried. Was it unsuccessful?

Alice was upset to see the victim up and alive, walking in the palace grounds everyday. Knowing Black hasn't pounced. She was worried.

She sat on the bed, thinking what could go wrong.

Then she heard a petrifying scream. A scream so loud it waken up souls from the dead. A scream that could summon the grim reaper to come and collect the fallen souls. A scream that hollowed from the maid chambers.

Then Alice smiled, sighed out a breath in relieve and went back to slumber.

The deed was done.
