Chp 7 The Kiss

Bella's POV

His family knew about our relationship. I'm okay with that. But there's a teeny tiny problem.

I don't know how to be a girlfriend.

Edward has perfected the boyfriend mode, but not me. I don't know what to do at first, and now. It's weird. Damn, do they sell ' How to be a Girlfriend' book now? I really need one. Do we smuggled in each other on the couch like couples in the movies? Or is that too intimate? Do we kiss each other every time we are alone?

Or fuck, am I his girlfriend?

" Bella!" someone spammed me out of the trance, loudly. " Yeah?" I asked, turning around.

" Nothing, I just saw you blanked out." Alice smirked.

" oh she did that all the time." Rosalie rolled her eyes and went back flashing her magazine. I made a face mentally at her and continued reading my book.

" Oh my god! That's so good!" Alice squealed and we agreed. The next song was something called 'Burn'? By Ellie Goulding. It's okay.

Seconds later after the song, Jasper crazily suggested to play Seven Minutes In Heaven. Everyone agreed and voted to be with their wife or husband. And left me and Edward alone.

" You guys can start now!" Rosalie hollered from outside and I sighed, turning to Edward in Alice's huge closet.

" Edward," I murmured and he looks up, giving me a questioning look. " are we- what are-?" I blushed furiously at him and he looked me confused.

" What?" He asked, serious.

" Five more minutes!" Rosalie yelled loudly.

" you know what I mean, Edward!" I screamed and heard Emmet mumble a 'woah' outside.

" I seriously don't know!" He shouted back, extending his arms at me. I kept quiet by sending daggers at him and let him think. He let lose of his confusion and thinking looks.

Minutes passed by and I only came to a conclusion. Men are stupid.

" think you idiot!" I yelled. " I am! Give me some more freakin minutes!" He shouted back. " 3 minutes are left, Edward!" I huffed and we heard Rosalie shouted, " we can play a Ten Minutes In Heaven if you want!"

We ignored that and went back glaring at each other. Finally, the wires in his head fixed back into pieces.

" Oh!" He blinked, his face brighten up. " oh, right." He chuckled nervously and rubbed the back of his head, smiling apologetically at me.

" What are we?" I asked again, flames burning down slowly.

" Hm... What do you want us to be?" He asked, stepping closer to me. " anything." I murmured. " Okay, let's me frenemies!" He said jokingly and I glared at him again. " I am serious."

" Fine! Do you want to be my girlfriend?" He asked, almost romantic. " I am already your fiancée generally." I stated ad he rolled his eyes. " Then what do you want to be?"

I narrowed my eyes at that comment and huffed. He grabbed my shoulders comfortingly and murmured," do you wanna be in a relationship with me?" He asked gently.

" Yeah." I sighed happily. To my surprise, he moved closer to me and I felt Alice's cosmetic drawer hit my waist softly. He glanced at my lips for a few seconds before leaning in.

Fuck, don't tell me we are going to kiss.

I pushed Edward's chest slightly away from me and squirmed my way out and placed myself further beside him.

" What's wrong?" He asked, confusion mixed together with pain.

" Um... Edward, you do know I don't know how to kiss." I admitted, blushing. To my surprise, he chuckled and reached out his arms to grab mine.

I willingly gave them to him and he caressed my face adoringly. " oh my Bella, there's a lot of things you need to learn." I obediently nodded.

" Relax." He stroke my tensed shoulder. He gently moved my folded arms on my tummy to his neck and his to my waist. I tried very hard not to shiver with delight.

" Just take it to nature." I felt his thunder mint breath engaging through my nostrils, in my body.

And his lips touched mine softly. His hands moved to my hair, tangling my brunette locks in between his fingers. I didn't know what to do and I felt his lips moving against mine, I copied him.

Slowly, we pulled away reluctantly from the amazing kiss.

" that's my first kiss." I said, breathless. " really?" He asked, proud. I nodded and giggled as he pushed his lips to mine once more.

" Ten minutes up!" Emmet hollered and we stood straight, adjusting our clothes before leaving Alice's room with smug grins plastered on our faces.

I just kissed a boy.
