So it seems to be a general agreement right now that Bill is collecting everyone on the Cipher Wheel for some reason, which means Dipper is also on his list.
I think that Bill will THINK that he captured Dipper and believes that he finally and truly won. But how would he be fooled into thinking he caught Dipper?
The last two clones. If there was ever a time for those two to come back into play it would be now. One of them either takes Dippers place, or the two of them basically make Bill chase them both around the town to distract him while the real Dipper makes his move.
