Season 2 Cryptograms So Far

The following is a list of cryptograms from Gravity Falls season two so far in the series.

Episode 21) Scary-oke

During the ending credits of this episode, there is a cryptogram that reads "SMOFZQA JDFV." Once decoded using vigenère cipher, it reads "WELCOME BACK."
Found on Gideon's prison cell wall is the keyword: "WIDDLE"
On the satellite footage of Gravity Falls that the agents are looking at, there are numbers at the bottom that say "5192362116 1896 41619..." When separated correctly it can be said, "5-19-23-6-21-16 18-9-6 4-16-19..." Using the combined cipher it translates to "SEARCH FOR THE..."
On the bottom of Dipper's "Big Mysteries" board, there is a cryptogram that says "TEV FP TBKAV PL MBOCBZQ" which decodes into "WHY IS WENDY SO PERFECT."
On agent Powers' card there's a number that says, "6-12-1-7," using the A1Z26 cipher it translates to "FLAG."

At the Leprecorn's section there are two cryptograms. The first is "ZDWFK RXW", which says "WATCH OUT". The second is "NLOO PH SOHDVH", which translates to "KILL ME PLEASE". Both are Caesar cipher.
The page section revealed at the end of the episode says, "4-16-19 11-23-10 20-9-1-10-5-4-23-15-6-5 15-5 2-19-6-25 21-12-19-2-19-6" on the left and on the right says, "21-23-10 16-19 16-15-20-19 16-15-5 8-12-23-10-5 18-9-6-19-2-19-6?" After being put through all of the ciphers, it translates to "THE MAN DOWNSTAIRS IS VERY CLEVER" and "CAN HE HIDE HIS PLANS FOREVER?"

Episode 22) Into The Bunker

During the ending credits of this episode, there is a cryptogram that reads "OOIY DMEV VN IBWRKAMW BRUWLL." Once decoded using vigenère cipher, it reads "WHAT KIND OF DISASTER INDEED."
Found on a barrel in the bunker, the keyword is: "SHIFTER"
Next to the author's Hiding Spot page there is a binary code that says "01010000010101010101010000100000010000010100110001001100001000000101001101001001010110000010000001010000010010010100010101000011010001010101001100100000010101000100111101000111010001010101010001001000010001010101001000100001" Which translates to "PUT ALL SIX PIECES TOGETHER!" This is a reference to the six page pieces needed to put together the Blind Eye Society's image in Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained.
In the Cryogenic Tube section of Journal #3 there is a cipher that says " ? ?," which translates to "AM I ME? IS HE ME?"

On the following pages it says " " which decodes to "ICE ICE BABY."
The page section revealed at the end of the episode says, "15-11-8-6-9-8-19-6 3-5-19 9-18 11-23-21-16-15-10-19-6-25 21-9-3-12-20" on the left and on the right says, "12-19-23-20 4-9 3-4-4-19-6 21-23-4-23-5-4-6-9-8-16-19" After being put through all of the ciphers, it translates to "IMPROPER USE OF MACHINERY COULD" and "LEAD TO UTTER CATASTROPHE."

Episode 23) The Golf War

During the ending credits of this episode, there is a cryptogram that reads "NLMXQWWN IIZ LZFNF." Once decoded using vigenère cipher, it reads "REMEMBER BIG HENRY."
Found on castle wall, right after the golf cart dodges the giant swinging axes, the keyword is: "WHATEVS"

The page section revealed at the end of the episode says, "9-12-20 11-23-10 5-12-19-19-8-15-10-17 9-10 4-16-19 17-6-19-19-10/" on the left and on the right says, "21-23-10'4 16-19-12-8 22-3-4 1-9-10-20-19-6 1-16-23-4 16-19'5 5-19-19-10" After being put through all of the ciphers, it translates to "OLD MAN SLEEPING ON THE GREEN" and "CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER WHAT HE'S SEEN."

Episode 24) Sock Opera

In Dipper's journal during a musical montage, there is a cryptogram that reads "KFIV VMVITB MLG HPRM ZMW YLMV IRHRMT ORPV GSV HSVKZIW GLMV". Using the atbash cipher it decodes to "Pure energy, not skin and bone, rising like the Shepard tone". The Shepard tone is an artificial sound wave that sounds like it is continually rising, but does not actually change pitch. This may be hinting that Bill is not as powerful as he seems.
A piece of paper in the background titled "Codes" has "ZLGGOH", "VKLIWHU", "ZKDWHYV" and "EHDUR" written on it. When decoded using the caesar cipher, they read "WIDDLE", "SHIFTER", "WHATEVS" and "BEARO". The first three are the keywords from previous episodes. The last word is the name of Mabel's childhood stuffed bear, as seen in "Tooth" and the keyword for the next episode.

During the ending credits of this episode, there is a cryptogram that reads "YM'KL ECN PPK WFOM UBR KQVXNLK, DCI SIK'U VDA JFTOTA AYQ BWL VVCT "EBTGGB BHWKGZH" HVV: TMEASZFA LOS YCDT PRWKTIYEKGL DBV XQDTYRDGVI ." Once decoded using vigenère cipher, it reads "WE'VE ALL HAD SOME FUN TONIGHT, BUT LET'S NOT FORGET WHO THE REAL "PUPPET MASTERS" ARE: REPTOIDS WHO HAVE INFILTRATED OUR GOVERNMENT ."
Found in the mirror's reflection after Bill takes over Dipper's body: "CIPHER"
A mysterious page section.
The page section revealed at the end of the episode says, "10-9 8-3-8-8-19-4 5-4-6-15-10-17-5 21-23-10 16-9-12-20 11-19 20-9-1-10" on the top left, "5-9 8-23-4-15-19-10-4-12-25 15 1-23-4-21-16 4-16-15-5 4-9-1-10" on the top right, "23-22-10-9-6-11-23-12 5-9-9-10 1-15-12-12 22-19 4-16-19 10-9-6-11" on the bottom left, and "19-10-14-9-25 4-16-19 21-23-12-11 22-19-18-9-6-19 4-16-19 5-4-9-6-11" on the bottom right. After being put through all of the ciphers, it translates to "NO PUPPET STRINGS CAN HOLD ME DOWN," "SO PATIENTLY I WATCH THIS TOWN," "ABNORMAL SOON WILL BE THE NORM," and "ENJOY THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM."
