"And where do you think you're going? Causing trouble?" I demanded Klaus. There was a smirk on my face.
He looked back at me and grinned. "Only a pleasing amount of it, love," he replied. I rolled my eyes with a grin. "But on serious terms," he added, "I'm going to find the last stakes so none of my family members are ended for good."
I nodded, agreeing. "Yes, that is a perfect reason. Good enough," I smiled. "Off with you now. And make sure not to die yourself," I narrowed my eyes jokingly, but seriously.
He titled his head with a raised eyebrow. "Me dying is one thing you don't have to worry about," he chuckled. I laughed too, and he left.
Just as the door shut, Elijah came down the steps. He must've known everyone was out of the house because he didn't have a shirt on.
I glared playfully and crossed my arms across my chest. "Elijah, you evil thing you. Knowing my weakness." A grin appeared on my face as I eyed him up.
He flashed down the stairs and up to me, grinning. I took in his torso, memorizing every details of his hard muscles. Damn, he's toned. My hands ran over his chest as I raised my eyes to his.
"But it doesn't show much I love you, teasing me like this," I whispered and grinned. He smiled and kissed me, pulling my body against his. I smiled against his lips and wrapped my arms around his neck.
I flashed him against the wall, heating up the kiss. His fingers curled around the back of the dress, finding the zipper. He knew I like this dress, so he unzipped it instead of ripping it off.
As soon as I stepped out of it, Elijah rushed me against the other wall. I wrapped my legs around his hips as he held me up and close to him.
His hands wandered over my back, taking in the details. My fingers ran through his hair, gripping it as he pulled me closer.
He was still kissing me when he sped us upstairs. Once we were on the bed, I flicked my wrist and the door slammed shut and locked. No need to worry for that now.
Elijah was on top of me, trailing kisses down my jaw. I felt a fluttering inside as he trailed them down to my collarbones. I gripped his hair and inhaled deeply. He was teasing me.
I eagerly brought his lips to mine, hungrily kissing him. Suddenly, a strange feeling ran through me. Elijah noticed my sudden tenseness and looked up at me.
"What is it?" He huskily questioned. He was still close and on top of me, and I gently rubbed his back for assurance.
My voice was soft and a little lost from the make out session. "Nothing with you, Lijah." I then hesitated, feeling the same thing, but stronger. I felt this when I was there at the ritual when Esther was there.
"Magic," I whispered, my eyes widening. He looked at me, confused.
"What do you sense that possesses magic?"
My eyes widened once again. My vampire hearing, since I was an Original, caught the sound of sluggish footsteps further away from the mansion. Elijah saw that I was hearing something, so he tuned in too.
"Who do you presume it is?" He asked. He heard the footsteps. It was clear who it was; the strong aura of magic around her, and the only time I felt it was with her.
I looked Elijah in the eyes, alarmed. "Esther."
His eyes widened, and we both quickly rushed up to get dressed. I had to speed downstairs to get my dress, and Elijah stayed upstairs in his room. Once I zipped it up, I went back upstairs quickly to get him.
