Renesmee POV

I drove to Billy's and Jake was zoned out the whole time, he was thinking about me, he was trying to distract himself from the obvious matter at hand. We got there and I put up a few Welcome Home signs and little confetti things, then I sat Jake down in his room and kissed him sweetly. I went to go start dinner, but he pulled me back on the bed and got on top of me. He kissed my neck and I giggled involuntarily. He seemed to relax at my laugh. He rolled to his side and pulled me close. I could hear him stifling tears, he finally allowed hinself to think about his dad. He kissed my forehead repeatedly. I started crying silently, his pain was my pain. He noticed me crying and hugged me tighter. "Shhhh. It will be okay love, he's coming home. Everything will be alright" he cooed. He shouldn't be calming me! "Babe, you shouldn't have to calm me down I should calm you." I said with a little self-hatred. "Its my job to protect and love you. Your feelings will always mean more than mine. Plus, I love taking care of you and it distracts me from how I really feel" he said nicely. "Maybe I can distract you in a different way" I said as I lightly caressed his face with my hand. He smiled super wide and he crushed his lips to mine. Fifteen minutes later, we heard a car pull up. We scrambled to get our clothes back on and we managed to be at the door waiting by the time Billy was rolled in by Rachel. "Jake! Little Flower!" he said weakly, but excited. "Daddy" I said sweetly. He didn't really like me calling him Billy and I definately wasn't going to upset him. He smiled very wide and reached his arms out to hug me. I returned the embrace eagerly. "Dad" Jake practically whispered. Billy smiled up at his handsome son. Jake wrapped his warm arms around me securely. "Rachel! Its very nice to see you." I said with a sweet smile. "Likewise Renesmee. Although you do look rather thin. Is Jake starving you? Lord knows we taught that boy to cook." she said motherly. I giggled and her eyes opened wide at my musical laugh. "No no. I guess I'm just not done growing." I said awkwardly. Jake kissed the top of my head lovingly. "Rach" Jake said with a smile. She smiled and hugged her little brother tightly. Billy was led into the family room and saw the banners and confetti and tears brimmed his eyes. "For me?" he questioned emotionally. "Actually they were for Rachel.... But they could be for you I guess" I joked with a wink. He laughed genuinely. "How about some cake?" I asked sweetly. Everyone nodded their head but Jake. "Babe. I don't want you to leave me" he thought to me, embarassed. "Baby, I'm just getting cake." I said with my gift. "I don't want to be apart from you" he thought back stubbornly. He was never stubborn, so I knew he really wanted this. "Come with me then love" I thought diplomatically. "I can't leave him" he thought sternly. "He is with Rachel and I offered already. Baby, what do you want me to do?" I asked curiously. "Your right beautiful. I'll go with you." he thought sweetly. "You are such a goof. But your my goof." I told him. We got up and brought back some of Billy's favorite cake. He smiled appreciatively. "So, Daddy, Jake and I were wondering if you wanted us to stay here or if you wanted to stay with us for a while..." I said awkwardly. "Little Flower, I could never burden you like that" he said stubbornly. "Nonsense. Your my dad. I only have two!" I teased. "Well if you want to stay here, Jake has a room that you two could have" he said, still unsure if he wanted to put that responsibility on us. "Excellent. Its settled then." I said excitedly. "Jake. I am so proud of the girl you have. No other daughter-in-law would have ever compared." Billy said sweetly. I blushed and Jake kissed my now red cheeks. He loved my blushing. "I wonder how I got so lucky dad. I really do." Jake added softly. I blushed a deeper red and he kissed my cheeks longer. "Sorry to embarrass you love" he said apologetically. "No worries honey." I said awkwardly. "So the pack should here in an hour and the new pack in two" I said, desperately trying to change the subject. I haven't met the new pack so I was kind of excited. We talked for a while until Jake insisted we changed into something more comfortable and asked if I could wear my sports bra and spandex. He liked showing me off to the other wolves. So damn competitive. I did as he wished and he smiled wide. "You look as stunning as ever my love" he said genuinely. I blushed. He rubbed his thumb over my cheeks lightly and kissed them softly. "Sorry" he murmured in my ear. I kissed his soft lips as a response. He smiled and we heard a knock at the door. I answered it as Jake carried the sleeping Rachel to her room. Paul was tired too all of a sudden and was going to go take a nap with Rachel. "Thats ny sister" Jake said through his teeth. "Sorry man!" Paul said embarassed. Jake was starting to shake. I grabbed his hand and it stopped just slightly. I showed him our honeymoon again and how I want to go somewhere cold next time sobwe could cuddle more. He turned to me and smiled and then planted a swift kiss on my forehead. Seth cam and threw me over his shoulder. "Seth!" I whined. "Put me downnnnn!" I said through fits of giggling. Every jaw dropped at my laugh like it was the first time they heard it. "Damn. Jake was right." Quil said quietly to Embry. "Right about what!?" I said, snapping.my head in his direction. "Nothing." Jake and Quil said at the same time. I pushed away from Seth and skipped over to Jake. I wrapped my arms around his neck and got two inches from his face. "I wanna know too baby" I said in my sweet voice. "I tend to think about your pretty laugh a lot, wolf telepathy makes them too." he said immediately. "Do you know what its like to think about your bestfriends wife all the time? Its awkward as fuckkk. Seriously Renesmee, I think about you way more than I should. Its kind of sick." Embry joked. "Can anyone ever just say no to her?" Quil said irritated "Is nothing sacred between bros?" he added. "Whenever I ask you anything, you tell me. Why wouldn't they?" I countered with a little sass. Jake wraps his arms around me protectively. "Whatever Renesmee." he said, clearly mad. "Sorry Q. Would you forgive me if I told you that Is aved some cake for you?" I said lightly. He thought about it. "What kind of cake" he said quietly as a smiled started to crack. "Oh you knoe, only your favorite." I said with a wink. "Okay!" he said excitedly as he ran and hugged me, spinning me off the ground. "Quil! Please put me down!" I said, starting to get dizzy. "Ooooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkkaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy" he said, dragging each letter out like it was its own word. "Touch her again-" Jake started. I interrupted him. "And you won't get any cake!" I teased, trying to lighten what Jake was about to say. Everyone laughed and went to the kitchen except Jake and I. "Baby. You need to lighten up a little." I coo. "Do you not hear their thoughts? Your mine. I don't even want to know what the new guys will think. I will tear some heads off." he said, more to himself. "Maybe we need some alone time. You get so jealous love" I say lightly as I rub my hand over his forearm and bicep. He sighs. "Baby, I just love you and I don't want to change your mind and leave me for someone else" he says honestly. "Well your atuck with me. Forever. So deal with it" I tease. "Actually" I say seriously. "What is it love?" he asks tenderly. "Well. We never talked about this.... Are you going to eventually quit the pack and age again...?" I ask awkwardly. "Nope" he said, popping the P. "Your stuck with me forever too love" he said sweetly. "You had me at hello" he teased.
