Dominique sighed as she saw all of the boys staring at her older sister, Victoire. Everyone always gawked at her, and pretended that Dominique didn't exist. They were both pretty, being part veela, but Victoire had always been the most pretty. Louis was popular with girls, too. Dominique sometimes thought that people were right in giving Victoire and Louis more attention. While they had inherited their mother's straight, silver blonde hair, she had her father's unruly red hair. While they had spotless pale skin, she had freckles. While they had sparkling blue eyes, she had plain brown eyes. Dominique knew that they were favored by their mother, which made her feel invisible and useless.

"Come on, Fred, Roxanne, let's go." she muttered bitterly.

Being one of the older children, she'd never really spoken to her younger cousins, like Molly, Albus, Rose, Lucy, Hugo, and Lily. James and Louis were practically brothers and spent all their time together, and Teddy and Victoire were dating, which left her with Fred and Roxanne. She and Fred were both 15, but Roxanne was 13. However, Dominique felt that Roxanne sometimes acted more mature than Fred and herself. Roxanne had taken after her mother, Angelina, while Fred was a prankster like their father, George.
Dominique stormed out of Flourish and Blotts, with Fred and Roxanne walking behind her hastily. She kept walking until she reached an ice cream store. She ordered 4 scoops of butter beer ice cream, which was her favorite flavor. After paying for it, she began to stuff her mouth with ice cream. Dominique overate when she was upset, which was quite often. Roxanne stared at her worriedly.

"What?" she snapped. Roxanne gulped and shook her head. Dominique sighed.

"Sorry. I'm just tired of being invisible," she murmured.

"People sometimes expect us to be someone we're not," Fred said quietly.

Dominique set down her spoon and swallowed her ice cream.

"What do you mean?" she asked.

"People expect you to be flirtatious, pretty, and popular because of who your parents are. People expect Roxanne to be wonderful at Quidditch because of our family. People expect me to act exactly like my Uncle Fred." he said, saying the last part quietly. Even though it had been a long time ago, the Weasleys still felt empty and incomplete since the death of the first Fred Weasley. Fred was constantly reminded that he had to act like the person he was named after.

"Sorry Fred. Sorry Roxanne." Dominique whispered.

She pushed away her ice cream slowly, not feeling hungry anymore. In fact, she felt a little nauseous.

"It's okay. We're used to your drama." Fred said nonchalantly.

"Oi!" Dominique protested.

"Just kidding." Fred said, smirking.

Dominique shook her head, grinning. She looked at the red haired siblings in front of her. She figured out why they got along so well. All three of them were fighting against who people expected them to be.
