Vampires?

Chapter Eleven

Lindsey POV

I've been sitting in the bushes near the waterfall for almost an hour now. After Caden's little argument with me this morning I decided it would be a good idea to see exactly what he had planned for them today. When they went out to the garage,  I went around back and changed into my golden brown wolf. I made sure I had a bag of clothes with me as I started following their car. They drove around 15 miles out of town before finally parking the car. 

Caden and the bitch went swimming for almost a full hour before finally getting out to go eat as it appears.  Caden had packed your typical picnic lunch and them brought out fortune cookies for their dessert.

I watched as Maria opened the final cookie and then she gasped. I saw a small shiny object on the table and started wondering what it was. Caden went, picked it up, and got down on one knee. Oh hell no! The bitch is stealing the ring that was supposed to be mine!

"Maria Lynette Smith, as soon as I found out I was your mate I fell head over heels in love with you. I hope you don't think this is to soon,  but you have become my everything and I know I won't be able to live without you by my side forever. I will protect you and love you with everything I have and I will never let you go. I love you, so Maria Smith, would you do me the honors of becoming my wife?"

Maria sat in the chair with her hands over her mouth still.  With any luck she'll say no and Caden will come running back to me.

"Oh my god did I do something wrong? Maria please talk to me!"

"No no you didn't I'm crying out of happiness! Of course I'll marry you Caden! You're the best thing that had ever happened to me, I love you!"

"You have no idea how much that means to me." He kissed her then long and hard. I wanted to tear that bitch Caden calls a mate apart!

I continued to peer out of the bushes that concealed me. All I was able to watch was them make out and then decide to go swimming again. I took this as my time to sneak out and call Michael. Michael was my back up plan incase I wasn't able to convince Caden I was better than his "mate".  This man was a wizard who has never liked werewolves, but he had known me since I was a pup.  He had been a friend of my father's,  and no one knew about it.

Michael had promised me he would help me get rid of Maria,  or in other words kill her.

"Hey Michael turns out we need to move faster than we planned...." I whispered into the phone, afraid someone might hear me and ruin everything.

"Yeah about that Lindsey... I can't help you with this..... I can not find a spell that kills only a single werewolf. I can, however,  find one that wipes out an entire  pack and anything surrounding it, but I'm sure you don't want to die in the process of this.  I can, however, give you the name of a vampire that I'm almost certain would be willing to kill her for you. "

"Well what are you waiting for? Give me the goddamn vampire's name before I go ballistic. "

"The vampire goes by the name of Kale. I'll send you all the information you will need. Give him a call as soon as possible and see what he can do about the little wolf you want gone."

"Okay thank you Michael, pleasure doing business with you as usual." And I hung up immediately and waited the incoming information.

"Who is it?" An unknown voice said as they answered the phone.

"Hello, I heard you could help me with a little problem I have, " I said into the phone.

"Who is this and what do you need help with?"

"My name is Lindsey Mitchell. I need you to make my alpha's mate 'disappear', kidnap her, kill her,  do something so she's out of my way for good. "
