Chapter 13

Maria POV

"What do you mean someone in our pack wants to kill our Luna?!?!"

"Who would want to do that?!"

"Oh my god!"

"That fucking bitch! Who would want to take her!"

"What are we going to do?"

"Do you have a plan?!"

"We have to save her before she's taken!"

These and many more were comments that were being shouted all at the same time. Caden had just called a pack meeting with everybody but Lindsey so that he could tell the pack.

Once the words, "someone in our pack wants our Luna gone," left his mouth the room went into complete chaos. Everybody kept shouting, yelling, demanding that they found out who it was.

"Everybody be quiet!"

They continued yelling.

"EVERYBODY SHUT UP!" Caden finally got the room to be quiet.

"We have a plan but we need a lot of people to help us complete our plan. We have arranged for the kidnapper to come into our territory because they think we're having training that goes late. They will come to the back of the pack house around 10:15 pm and will wait in the woods' edge. However they do not know that we will be waiting for them! I want every fighter this pack has to meet me after this meeting is over and I will explain more but in the mean time there will be training tomorrow to make it seem more realistic. Does everyone got it?"

"Yes sir."

"Yes alpha."

"Yes."

"Yes Caden."

People muttered these throughout the room.

"Good now you may all go except the fighters. You're dismissed."

Everyone started out the doors and once they were done there was about 200 pack members left. Yeah we have a big pack. Our pack consisted of about 638 members. Most of our pack members weren't fighters and a lot of them were women and children. We had the largest pack in the nation and the 3rd largest in the world.

I just realized that I was the Luna of the largest pack in the country and 3rd in the world. Wow that never sank in until now! Jeez.

"Okay I bet you're all wondering what the plan is. Well I actually only need about 50 of you so I want my 50 strongest fighters and then the rest can leave."

The group slowly started winding down to the 50 that we needed and soon there were only 50 left.

"Okay let's start out with who it is that is threatening your luna. The person that started all of this is Lindsey Mitchell. She for some reason has an idea that the Luna position is hers so she wants to get rid of Maria. So to start out we need to distract Lindsey during the time when we will capture, question, and kill the kidnapper.
