Wedding Shopping Part 2

Ariana POV

"Come on Dylan! I need to go!" I told him as he kept kissing my neck telling me not to go.

"No. Stay with me."

"I can't and I won't. If you don't let me go I'll never talk to you again. Or kiss you." I said with a completely straight face.

He stopped dead on his tracks as the last word came out of my mouth. His jaw dropped in disbelief.

"You wouldn't! I can't live without you!"

"I would now I'm going to go. You have already made me late! I was supposed to be there in 20 minutes, but now I won't be there for another 45. Goodbye Dylan. I'll see you later."

I walked out of the front door and over to my car. I slid in the drivers seat and took off.

Ashley POV

"Where is she?! She was supposed to be here 10 minutes ago!" Maria was freaking out because Ariana wasn't here yet. She kept on pacing the floor with a worried expression on her face. "I mean she could've gotten into a car crash, or been kidnapped, or she could've been..." I cut her off before she could continue.

"Hey! I'm sure she's just fine. Here let me call her and find out. I'm sure she has a good explanation for why she's running a little late." I told her while dialing Ari's number. Maria took a deep breath trying to calm herself down.

A= Ariana M= Me

A: "Hello?"

M: "Where are you?"

A: "I'm so sorry! Dylan wouldn't let me go and kept me trapped at his house for an extra 20 minutes. I'll be there in 10 minutes. Don't worry."

M: "Okay but you might want to hurry... Maria is.... getting impatient over here I guess you could say. She is still pacing the hallways waiting for you, so hurry!"

A: "Will do! Be there soon. Tell her I am fine and that I'm sorry I'm a little late. Bye!"

M: "Bye!"

*call ended*

"What did she say?! Is she alright? What is taking her so long? I need to know she's alright!" Maria exclaimed.

"Hey now don't worry about a thing. She says she's sorry that she's running late. Technically it's not her fault she is running late. Dylan decided it would be fun to not let her go and he kept her at his house an extra 20 minutes. Ari should be here in about 10 minutes now and then we can actually start searching for a dress that we all like."

"Oh good she's okay! I was so worried there for a second. I'm glad she'll be here soon. Hey does anybody know what time it is?" She asked.

"Its about 5:00 right now why do you ask?" Luna Jasmine answered.

"Oh shit! We have to be back at 6 o'clock! That means we only have about 15 minutes to look once Ari gets here! Uh excuse me Mackenzie do you think you could fit us in anywhere tomorrow for another appointment to look some more for my bridesmaids' dresses?" Maria asked.

"Hmm let me see...... Oh well I can't fit you in tomorrow but Monday would work for me. Do you think you could do Monday at lets say noon?"

"Yeah that would work out great! Thank you so much!"

"No problem! Now I see that your friend is walking through the front doors right now. I will be right back with your friend." Mackenzie said while walking towards the front of the store.

Mackenzie POV

I arrived at the front desk just as their friend was approaching it.

"Hi there! My name is.." I was suddenly cut off.

"Oh my god! Mackenzie is that you?" The girl said. My head shot up so that I was actually looking at her. I can't believe I never noticed it before by the voice.

"ARIANA!" I ran around my desk and gave her a big hug.

"I haven't seen you in forever! Where have you been?" I practically shouted at her.

"I've been in Australia for the past 2 years. I just moved back here about 2 months ago! I can't believe that you now own your own wedding gown boutique. I always knew it was here, but I never knew you ran it. I can't believe I saw you!"

"I know right?! We are going to HAVE to catch up soon! However, I do believe that you are here to shop for your bridesmaids' dress with your friends right?"

"You know it! Lead the way to them!" She said pointing towards the general direction that they were.

I took her down the hallway that I came from and straight to the girls.

"I can't believe I haven't talked to you for 2 years straight!" I commented.

"Oh I know. Things were so different not talking to you." We both started laughing as we got to the others.

"Um.... Do you guys know each other? You seem much too comfortable around each other to not have known each other." I think it was Ashley who said that.

"Haha yeah we've known each other our whole lives, but we just haven't talked in a couple of years." I answered for Ari.

"Oh how do you guys know each other?" Maria asked.

"Um, well long story short our parents are like best friends so we grew up with each other. She is like the sister I never had." Ariana explained.

"Oh well I guess that makes sense. Now we only have about 5 minutes left because I need to go then, so I can talk to you about the color I want. I was thinking of an aqua blue or baby blue. Which would you prefer?" Maria asked Ari.

"Hm I think the aqua blue would be gorgeous!"

"I love that color! Good choice. Oops I'm sorry but I have to go now otherwise I might be late for my date tonight!" Maria said with a smile on her face.

"Okay have fun! Bye Maria! Bye Ashley! Bye Jasmine!" Ari told them.

"Bye everyone! I'll see you on Monday!"

"Bye!

They were walking out of the door and I grabbed Ari's hand and pulled her down to sit in a chair.

"We have a lot of catching up to do! Sooo... Have you found your mate yet?" I asked her. Yeah that's right. I'm a werewolf too. Bet you never would have guessed that.
